Nasai Teriyaki Reviews
This review is not necessarily holistic, I’ll admit it. But if there’s one thing I can rely on when I’m in the depths of a horrible hangover or need a greasy reward, it’s the Nasai Teriyaki fried gyoza. Although I do feel that they are overpriced, they are consistently fried to absolute perfection. The outside is crunchy, while the inside is still juicy. The filling has a good flavor and is never dry, too squishy, or chewy. The pictures speak for themselves, just look at that golden color. When I went the service was unreasonably slow. 6 gyoza took probably 15 minutes. I was in line, and it seemed that many customers had been waiting even longer for their food.Again, I haven’t tried anything else and I don’t really plan on it…but I’d highly recommend trying the fried gyoza at least once.
Jul 08, 2024 · Pfeifer HillVery, and I mean very, generous portion. Many seating areas and the service was fast.
Jan 02, 2025 · Laraszahra K. ErlambangHole in the wall restaurant with plenty of seating and great food. You have to go around the hallway to order, it is a bit hidden when you first enter. When I went, I got gyoza and chicken teriyaki and had plenty of leftovers for another meal too.
Aug 29, 2024 · Rebekah HuberCasual Teriyaki fare in a no frills space. Food comes out very quick and portions are huge. It remains one of the last good teriyaki options in the walkable area. Prices are very reasonable and the food is consistent but not mind-blowing. It's perfect for a quick and filling meal on a budget
Jan 10, 2025 · Mathieu GaultierWhat a fantastic place! I used to be a regular here when attending the UW as an undergraduate student. Now, 25 years after, I make sure to stop by here every time I’m in Seattle. They never disappoint! The Nasai Special with chicken and gyoza is the same, equally flavorful and delicious as I remember it. For those looking for an honest and good teriyaki meal in a casual setting without additional whistles and bells, this is your place!
