I am very unsatisfied with the service I received today, the hostess was rude and dismissive. My friend and I were picking up our online order & we nicely asked if we could eat our food inside, and he immediately and rudely said NO! He was very firm and rude about it. We were both paying customers and were confused why we couldn’t eat our lunch there. We had to find somewhere nearby to eat our lunch, as we have never experienced this before from any other establishment. I understand if the tables are for dine-in only customers, but the restaurant was completely empty with no tables filled and he also could have kindly explained it was for dine-in only. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and I will no longer be a paying customer.

I am very disappointed with the service at New Hama. My friend and I ordered take out during our lunch break and when we went inside to pick it up I asked the employee if we could sit down and eat quickly and he rudely said “no” and I repeated my question again because I was so taken back by his dismissive response and he firmly said that we could not sit down and eat our food. If I am a paying customer why am I not allowed to sit down and eat the food that I just paid for? Not to mention, there wasn’t a single other person inside so there were plenty of tables open in the front. I am beyond disappointed by this interaction because I am a consistent customer, but I will no longer be. I have never experienced this before in any other establishment and am sad to say that I will not be returning

This is the best tasting sushi in Plainview. The food is excellent & the presentation is very pretty. It is very obvious that they care a lot about their food.We have been ordering delivery since moving here and really love their Hama salmon dinner box. It’s delicious and so filling! We also like the sashimi combos and the rolls are really good & very fresh tasting.

This restaurant is in a strip mall shopping center that has free parking.I enjoyed the ambiance and the food was delicious. I felt it was tasty and fresh, with beautiful presentation.They have an expansive menu at great prices.Excellent service but I think I was charged the full $9 for my drink even though mine was non alcoholic.
