1900 Broadway Suite #119, San Antonio, TX 78215, USA

4.0
Ken with Offline - Downtown residence for 15 years and in hospitality for over 30 years. The food was incredible and the service at a different level! Cin went to the website and saw a vegetarian option when we were driving to the restaurant. We put in our order with Kayla when we arrived (if I was not retired, I would have STOLEN HER AWAY FROM NINETEEN!) WOW.When Cin placed her order, we could tell something was wrong, but ROCK STAR Kayla said she never heard of that on the menu, but she would check with the chef. She came back to tell us that dish had been discontinued a while back, but she would talk with the GM and chef for a resolution. She came back with the GM to tell us they would honor Cins request, as they had everything to make the dish. The ship sails as the captain sails it. GM was great! We chatted for 5 minutes about downtown living.Common man, what!!!!Then to boot, the entire meal a 10.Just a tad noisy, but that's a building issue. Little hard to hear each other. - Ken Hack
