Beyond the broth, Nishiki Ramen pays careful attention to the texture of their noodles, the tenderness of their chashu (pork belly), and the freshness of all their ingredients. Nishiki Ramen Reviews
The best Ramen I have ever had. I don’t eat Ramen very often, and I think it might be because I haven’t found a spot that is good. Now that I know how good Ramen is supposed to taste. I crave it now. Specifically from this restaurant. The broth was tasty and delicious. I had wheat noodles. They were delicious too. I ordered the spicy chicken and told them lightly salted. Because the waitress let me know ahead of time that it might be too salty; and if I actually liked salt. Thanks for the heads up to that waitress. I had the best Ramen in my life!
April 22 · Lorrin SevillaThe ramen was superb. Probably the same taste and quality compared to authentic japanese ramen. The soup was very good, not salty or too creamy. I would like to try the 1lb pork next time!!
May 30 · Bang QuachOrdered the #1, its was super richy garlicky creamy ramen. There is always a wait time but once you are seated the service is pretty fast. But be AWARE you will get charged a 15% tip (even though that’s kind of illegal in California 👀)
May 07 · carolina vizcarraI really liked the experience of having a little wait, bowls were served quick and hot. The bowl i had exploded with flavor and paired it with a sweet matcha drink. The waiters were very helpful in recommendations and attentive to our needs while we were there.
March 23 · Carlos MunozI recently visited Nishiki Ramen, The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal. The menu offered a variety of ramen options, from classic tonkotsu to spicy miso. I opted for the chicken ramen, which was flavorful and rich, with tender chicken pieces and perfectly cooked noodles. The broth was the highlight, with a deep, savory taste.
