This place is a diamond in a rough. The "Blue Ocean" with added cream cheese, is the best if you love cooked sushi.Take it from me an honorary member of the big back committee, 😆.My husband rave about the "Fried Curry Chicken Ramen", he said, "It is the best he ever had".The staff here are always so pleasant, and the prices are great, although we are in a disinflation.I'm learning to write more reviews for the places I love because I love to read them before I try a place for the first time.It's good to read reviews from people who actually visit a location.Happy Reviewing!

This place is legit sushi central at a low price. If you are looking for affordable and quality sushi, look no further. If you go anywhere else, you are paying too much and not getting your moneys worth. The sushi is made well and tastes great, all for $4-6 per roll. You literally cannot beat that price. The sushi rolls are also adequately sized and they do not cheat you out of any sushi. I've been coming here for years now.The inside has ample seating if you choose to eat here but I normally take the sushi to go. The staff are always nice and will do their best to accommodate you.My favorites:- salmon avocado roll (raw)- shrimp tempura roll (cooked)Overall, this is my go to sushi spot in the Edison, New Jersey area.

Very, very nice folks working here, but the ramen is below average given the number of other ramen spots in the area. If you are at the ShopRite or mini golf near by and you need ramen now, I would say give it a shot, but if you have time seek out some of the others in the area for a superior experience.
