Nov 20, 2024 · Salim Ali KhanFirst time. Pretty good hot pot. Garlic miso and traditional seaweed soup broths both good. Surf and turf and American Kobe meets. Induction stovetops help boil the soup fast. Two kinds of sauce… one is a sesame soy saucey type, the other more creamy ponzu.Service was very nice, but too busy and therefore not enough people to be attentive. For instance, filling water and refilling sauces.Three size servings to select from. Got pretty busy on a Friday evening. I will definitely come back.April 2025 update:I always enjoy One Pot. You get stuffed, but it’s a healthy stuffed! They give a ton of veggies and good cuts of meat. I tried the tomato soup this time. I would not recommend it. It’s acidic and tangy. I think these boiled meats are better with savory soups. Scallops are awesome. Kobe is awesome.
Apr 19, 2025 · G LeeThis One Pot location never disappoints! I have been here about 10 times and the food quality and service remains consistent. The meat is some of the best shabu shabu for the price I have had, and the broth selections are all delicious. I recommend and really enjoy the sukiyaki and garlic miso, but all are great options.
Dec 20, 2024 · Nicole D.The meat is served in small portions and quite pricey. I expected more meat for the price. Vegetables provided weren't my favorite but to each their own on that. The server was very nice and explained the dining experience well since it was out first time try hot pot.
Apr 25, 2025 · America VelascoI really like hot pots, and this one is a really good one for Japanese Shabu Shabu style. They have a set of pre-selections made for most dietary needs or just plain old preferences. Or if you are like me, you can switch things around each time.Besides the core selections, plenty of different sides are also offered as options to enhance your meal, so I'll get the miso broth with American Wagyu beef one time, along with a couple of eggs and maybe some crab. Then next time I'll choose some other variety, though I will almost always get some egg - the eggs boil-cooked in the broth are really very tasty.I also love their sauces, usually switching between them for different experiences with each of the foods. And adding some ramen noodles to the broth is also a nice way to finish it off.The servers were always on top of everything, adding more broth as needed or checking to see if you need seconds of anything, and topping off the broth. This really improved experience since I do use a lot of the sauce and I went through a lot of broth. For those looking for enjoyable and novel experiences, definitely you have a thumbs up from me... 🙂
