While they only have a handful of vegetarian/vegan options for sushi, I find the options enough to satisfy my sushi cravings. It is my goto place for sushi in the Eastside.Here is what we ordered :Veggie lover roll - My absolute favoriteMaui Roll - Very good, recommendGreen Village roll - GoodAvacado maki - basic yet goodVeggie Yakisoba - Good , my friends really liked it.They don’t have all the vegetarian options on the lunch menu, but they’ll provide the full menu upon request.

You can’t go wrong Oto Sushi .. The staff is amazing , happy hour is awesome and anytime I get take out .. it’s seamlessly and timely and the most important delicious when I get home :) stop in and enjoy

Oto Sushi is my go-to sushi spot in Redmond. I get takeout from here at least once a week. The sushi quality is excellent, and my fav dish is rainbow dinner. I wouldn’t say it’s cheap, but definitely worth the price!

I'm very pleasantly surprised! Not quite a hole-in-a-wall place as the place is relatively large but has such a feel to it.Excellent value (extended happy hour, from 11:30AM!), really well-aged, tasty (understatatement), and giant size fish with balanced size of sushi rice. Buefin tuna, salmon, white fish, shrimp, etc. were all really good, probably because they start from whole fish and prepare them on site (see photo). Miso was simple, but the way it's supposed to taste. There were sufficient amounts of ginger and Wasabi without having to ask for more.One more thing. People working here seem quite happy being here, both those making sushi and serving!Lament that fact of not having such a place (all aspects) in Oregon or California. Will visit again before returning from this trip to Seattle.

Very good sushi.....I think close to home and work. I think they thought I wasn't going to pay. But sushi was good.....so I paid;)
