When they first opened they were really good and fresh. Last month delivery order was cold and order completely wrong. 10/25/24 we went around 1:30pm my husband has been in and out of the bathroom since we left. This is the only food he ate that I did not. No one else in the house is sick. He had shrimp steak noodles. Last time I ate here I got sick as well but didn’t consider it to be the food I ate here. We will not be returning unfortunately

The food is delicious and the customer service is amazing. We have eaten here before and really enjoyed the food, today we ordered our main meal from a different cart and came to Premier Hibachi with a request for just a side of rice for my daughter.Somewhat of a strange request that the Chinese foodcart refused (and rudely at that).The owner of Premier Hibachi handed me the side of rice with a smile and told me ‘no charge’. Seriously! He wouldn’t take any money! Where do you get this kind of customer service anymore I ask you!?We will be back in a few days and ordering meals for the whole family and I encourage you all to try their great food as well. Highly recommend!
