Quickway Japanese Hibachi, positioned in the Seven Corners area of Virginia, presents certain operational aspects that define its customer experience.
- Focus on Quick Service: The name "Quickway" itself suggests a commitment to rapid meal preparation, which is a key highlight for customers seeking efficiency.

However, it is crucial to address the significant concerns raised in customer reviews, as these directly impact the overall perception and suitability for locals:
- Customer Service Issues: Both reviews highlight severe customer service problems, including cashiers being distracted by phones, taking orders incorrectly, being rude to customers, and managers exhibiting poor behavior. This is a critical area for improvement and directly affects the customer experience.
- Order Accuracy Concerns: One customer explicitly detailed an incorrect order (chicken included when only meat was requested) due to cashier inattention, leading to a refusal to correct the mistake and a rude dismissal of the customer's complaint.

- Lack of Responsiveness to Customer Needs: The inability or unwillingness of staff to assist customers promptly, as described by a patron who waited over five minutes without help, indicates a significant gap in service.
- Disrespectful Customer Interactions: The accusation of a cashier rudely claiming a customer "had eaten the chicken" when disputing an incorrect order points to a highly disrespectful approach to problem-solving.
These recurring themes in the provided feedback suggest that while the intent may be quick service, the execution of customer interaction requires substantial attention to ensure a positive experience for patrons in the Virginia community.

Quickway Japanese Hibachi Reviews
Very bad service at this restaurant located at 6136 F Arlington, since the cashiers are more focused on their cell phones than serving customers. On Wednesday, January 22, I went to buy some meat and when they gave me my order I saw that in my order there was not only meat (Meat), there was also chicken that I did not order chicken and meat but the cashier who was there at that time was with her phone in her hand and for a moment I thought it was my mistake but no, it was a mistake on the part of the cashier who pays more attention to her cell phone than when she took my order and she took it wrong and when I wanted to complain about my order I only wanted meat and she told me that it had been my mistake and I wasn't going to change it for a long time. I insisted that it was the cashier's mistake and she told me that I had eaten the chicken. That was disrespectful because she was very rude to me saying that I had eaten the chicken. The people who cook asked her if she could fix it but she said that. They should have cashiers focused on their work, not like this old woman who passes by more focused on her cell phone than on the customers. (one star) (No cashiers like her)
Feb 15, 2025 · Malena ChirriosThis is a horrible place l have ever seen. The customer service is very very bad. I went there to take my order but nobody willing to help me. I waited there for more than five minutes but nobody helped me. I talked with the manager his name is Elvin but he is the one who needs the scene in the store because he was having arguments with another person before me. This guy is a very rude person and he doesn’t deserve that position.
Dec 29, 2024 · Shyam SintanThis is the third time I’ve been here. The first two times I came, I haven’t had any problems with my order, until today. I ordered four orders and 2 out of the 4 were wrong. (Mind you, the bags are very tied up and you’re not able to open the bag unless you rip it-so I couldn’t check right then and there) I wasn’t going to drive back 20 mins to get it changed, also the white rice was so hard like I couldn’t eat that. For now, I won’t back for awhile. Hopefully they make sure to double check the order before tying it up and giving it to the customer.
Nov 24, 2024 · Heide VelasquezOrdered a few times here without issue. Today was different. The guy who handed me my food had visibly dirty hands. I hope he's not touching the food. It was bad enough he touched the outside of my box. There was a staple in my food. I found out after biting into it and pulled it out of my mouth. I've never had a staple in my food before at any restaurant. Disgusting
