One Group acquired Benihana and RA Sushi back in early 2024. I received a $20 gift certificate for my birthday for RA Sushi. I wanted to get teriyaki chicken with rice, zucchini, mushrooms and onions for takeout. However the price would have been $32 for takeout instead of regular price of $26. When I asked what goes into that extra price, the host said the container and the materials needed for takeout.Therefore for the price of $26 I had to dine in. I can’t believe they charge $6 for all of that when dining in they also have to clean the table, tablecloth, and wash the plates and utensils used. Also when I got my food the mushrooms were not there. Overall chicken was dry and food was too salty with the amount of soy sauce used. My waiter Diondre did a great job with attempting to advocate for me to get takeout but ultimately couldn’t get the price to be $26. He also was able to get me mushrooms the chef cooked last minute, but it was drenched in soy sauce.

Ms. Amy is amazing and very inviting and warming. She gives the cool auntie at the barbecue vibes. Now my man Diego behind the bar is the real MVP anything that you are thinking about but never had he will lead you in the right direction and the kid is just a genuine guy. Food amazing drink is amazing atmosphere

The drinks are potent, the sushi fresh, the rice was flavorful and my server Elizabeth was a Goddess. She offered quick service and wonderful feedback. This is my spot to unwind and I am never disappointed.

My brother and I went here on Monday night for dinner. We opted for the outside bar and were seated right away. Pip was our bartender/server. She is AWESOME, ask for her. The restaurant is clean and relatively new, so is the plaza it's in. Definitely a Japanese American ambiance, I liked it. The food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, especially considering this is a chain restaurant. I shall return.

RA Sushi has a lot of positive points, I’lll start with that.Great decoration. They put a lot of efforts in making the place look good. They have a nice indoor and outdoor setup. Bonus point for parents, it’s right by a plaza for kids to play.Service was quick and friendly. We did not have to wait for our food and our waitress was nice.Portions were generous and presentation of everything was definitely something they paid attention to.Now for the negative part. Neither the food or the drinks were great. Everything was ok but none of us were impressed. If you are into Americanized-Asian restaurants, you’ll like it. But don’t expect a fine cuisine, this place isn’t for you.
