Delicious Udon and Katsu don 10/10 quality ingredients and made with love. The noodles seem home made, chewy and so nice. Staff very friendly and restaurant is very pretty and clean!!!!! Really flavorful and the soup made me feel really good. Will come back definitely.

Got an add-on veggie tempura but sadly they were not hot anymore when they came to me.Had a bite of the buta shabu and I liked the grilled flavors of the sliced pork a lot!
May 02 · VickiFood was really good! I cant remember exactly the name of the udon I got but it had snow crab in it. It was a little salty until I fully mixed everything together so definitely mix mix lol and then for dessert we also had the soba pudding which was great - not too sweet and I liked the crunch on top! They did keep asking our table if we were done and we felt a little rushed to finish toward the end and they took a while at the beginning to come get our orders but generally food was good

The udon noodles themselves were great—nice texture and chew—but the pork belly dried noodles had an overwhelming smoky flavor, and not in a good way. It almost tasted like they had been sitting near actual cigarette smoke. Plus, the dish was seriously lacking salt—it definitely needed some soy sauce or seasoning.On the other hand, the kani maze udon with crab roe was light but packed with a strong roe flavor, so if you’re into seafood, you’ll probably love it. The tempura was perfectly cooked—crispy, light, and delicious.The restaurant itself is small and intimate. It can get a little loud, but you can still have a conversation, making it a solid date spot.

The udon was bouncy and just had a really great texture. The broth was light and flavorful. I came here kind of late and was a little worried it would be too heavy for a late meal but it was great.I got mine with fried chicken and I thought was actually really good as well. The coating was light and flaky and the chicken itself was juicy without being oily at all. Service is great, staff were attentive and gave good recommendations. Prices were okay but definitely a little on the higher end.The location is nice but pretty tiny, feels a little clausterphobic. If I had any complaints, that'd probably be my only one. It kind of feels like eating in a very stylish walk-in closet. There's only one window and it's a small one. But... it's Manhattan and real estate is expensive so it makes sense.Definitely recommended! Best udon I've had in NY.
