Wow!So tasty. The broth was perfect. I've had a lot of ramen soup in my life, and this broth was absolutely spot-on.All the soups were so damn good. Saw this place online and my friend and I visited. Believe me when I say it blew my expectations out of the park!!! I got the chicken katsu curry and it was the perfect mix of tenderness and crunchiness and the curry was flavored to perfection!!! I ate it all down to the very last grain of rice. 😭 This may sound cheesy but biting into it felt like a warm hug. The inside is also wonderfully decorated. Service was very kind! Please gohere if you haven’t already. :)

The ramen was good. It could have had more flavor but I came out satisfied. The meat was very juicy and tender. Their homemade hot sauce added more taste. The place overall was calm and relaxing. The decor was also fascinating. I would definitely go again😁 Please try the dumplings

Best ramen we tried in Charlotte!Love the Kazoku white ramen, the taste is strong but not overpowering, the gyoza is good and the takoyaki ball is so soft and melting on my mouth.

It was bustling. Very busy, but so worth the wait. We came for dinner. It was amazing. This place is a must visit for anyone who loves ramen and an authentic Japanese experience.We walked in and we were immediately greeted by the owner. I saw the beautiful selection of alcohol at the bar. Loved the decor and the setup of the restaurant. Felt just like I was in Japan again. 5/5We had the shrimp bun, takoyaki ball’s, yamazaki 12, kazoku black ramen, and spicy ramen.Shrimp tempura bun was delicious and different. Warm, good crunch of the shrimp with soft delicious, sweet pillowy bun. We really enjoyed it. 5/5Takoyaki balls were delicious. A great portion of octopus inside. They were piping hot deliciousness. I saw my bonito flakes dancing when they brought it over to the table. I should’ve gotten a video.
