Ramen Musashi Ardsley Reviews
I was really excited for this place to open since they aren't many or at least good ramen places in Westchester. I don't consider myself a ramen expert, but I've been to a lot ramen restaurants, and I know what good ramen tastes like.FirstI didn't really like the concept of the restaurant (You order on the counter, and then they let you know when your order is ready and you have to pick it up).Ramen is good, I would say 6/10. Their broth was very rich, It had a sweeter taste to it. I thought it was the corn, and when I went the second time, I ordered it without it, but it was still a little sweet. I didn't hate it, but I definitely could live without it. The noodles tasted fresh, and it was a nice portion. A little more pricey than Kishuya on central av.I definitely would go back and try more things on the menu.
August 11 · Lou TarshThere’s a good ramen spot in the Ardsley area, almost like an express spot. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles have just the right texture. What really stands out is that the broth is served hotter compared to the Eastchester location, even more yummy. The price is a bit steep for a self-service restaurant, especially when factoring in tips. However, it’s currently the best ramen place in the neighborhood. Plus, the food is prepared by a native Japanese chef, which adds to the authenticity, just a personal opinion… case by case lol
September 10 · CarlI got the Spicy Tonkostu (pardon Misspelling) with the boiled egg (had to pay extra) with 3 piece gyoza and Taro Bubble tea. The man at the register was doing it all by himself and he made sure my coworker and I were taken care of. My coworker does eat red meat but she was able to substitute it no problem. The ramen was sooooo good! The broth was rich in flavor. I was not expecting that. The egg was marinated very well. The pork was tender. The gyozas were definitely good and the taro boba tea hit the spot. Had me eating the tapioca balls lol. I definitely will return.
May 14 · Monique De La CruzWent here recently and it was incredible. The shoyu tonkotsu was flavorful with the right amount of richness. Great quality noodles and tender chashu. It’s a smaller place with probably 7 or 8 total tables and the staff was very friendly. They also offered small sizes of all their ramen bowls which was great for my young children. Will definitely be back.
July 16 · Eric HnatovWe showed up for a birthday dinner. They were accommodating to nine people. The food was delicious. Perfect for cold a winter day. It's simple decor is inviting and they have a variety of Japanese drinks and candies and toys, mochi balls.. they sell Boba tea. The portions were great and the price won't break your pocket. They also accommodated us and our cake cutting. Would recommend 10/10 and would definitely Go back.
