Ramen Nagomi Easton Reviews
I really like this new location. It feels a little more casual than the original spot. Food is just as delicious and they now serve sushi too!
January 28 · Luis SanchezI got the spicy miso ramen. It was delicious and filling. I was very satisfied. The service was not great, the server was not checking on us. The seating area has poor lighting. Not a bad place for a date though.
April 01 · Awesome GeorgeMe and my partner ordered two bowls of ramen, a chicken karage don, and a kakuni Bao bun. The chicken karage don was unbearably dry, and the chicken itself tasted like it has been sitting in grease. The kakuni bao pork belly was also dry and lacked any flavor, it also barely had meat. The two ramen bowls we ordered were the truffle butter and the spicy miso. Both has very tasty and rich broths. The noodles were too thin in my opinion, kinda reminiscent of instant ramen noodles. The pork belly slices on both of our bowls was mostly fat, which was flavorful but kinda disappointing as well.Overall, the ramen was mediocre with the some good aspects. The sides were overpriced and disappointing. The service was also not very good, not that the server was rude, they were actually very nice. However, they would forget about our order, or give us the wrong things which caused a lot of confusion.
March 29 · Jeskomar GargotMy boyfriend and I love Ramen Nagomi's ramen, so when we noticed this new location opened we decided to go out for dinner. It's the first week of January and they haven't been open long plus Rutgers is out on holiday, so it wasn't busy (once the masses know about this place I'm sure that'll change). We started with the Rutgers sushi roll. Very good. A larger roll with more pieces than usual for a special style roll. (yum) Perfect for sharing. Then for dinner I got the tonkotsu ramen and he got the miso crab ramen. They were both delicious. The tonkotsu had straight, smooth noodles and the miso had wavy noodles. Thin and just perfect. And they're homemade! You can watch as the ramen noodles are made from a window in the restaurant. Apparently it's made at night, so if you're having dinner around 7 or later (that's when we went) you may get to see the process. They also have takeout ordering here.10/10 recommend. Bring a sweater if you go out on a cold night. It gets chilly when the door opens.
January 05 · Sonya ShapovalMy wife and I came here on there grand opening. We ordered takoyaki and karaage for apps and truffle butter ramen for entree. The butter in the ramen were so rich, and adds such an amazing flavor to the tonkatsu broth. Pork was so tender and the noodles were cooked perfectly!
