Apr 21, 2025 · Tom MoranCan’t say enough good things about this place. Been coming here for a little over a year now and the deliciousness of the ramen hasn’t changed - it’s perhaps only gotten better. Great staff, great food and great experience every time. Can’t wait to stop in again here soon and have another bowl … twist my arm and I might have to throw in a Sapporo too.🍺🍜 👀.
Apr 03, 2025 · Ricky RodriguezSome places you get ramen and the broth is so bland. Not here. Of all the places I've been to, Ramen Ryoma shares 1st place among the best. It was so delicious. I had the miso broth with mine and also ordered a 5 piece of the chicken. Wow, that chicken was also so amazing. Not only was the breading flavorful and crunchy, but so was the skin underneath. This chicken had layers of flavor, not to mention the delicious dips to go with it. This was my first time here as I saw a chef friend had just posted about his experience the day before. I shall return.
Mar 19, 2025 · Michael MizarTried Spicy Umami ramen today. The broth was rich and the the pork was super tender. Our server was attentive and sweet too.
May 19, 2025 · Iris S. LePortland has an abundance of ramen shops, and the competition is fierce, making it easy to find delicious ramen! This particular shop offers three types of broth bases: shio, miso, and shoyu. Naturally, I went for the miso broth because I prefer a rich and robust flavor. The ramen was delicious, although the broth was a bit salty. You could tell the soup wasn’t from a premade mix—it had that distinct flavor of American pork, complete with a bit of gaminess. As for the curry dish, it was slightly disappointing. The toppings were too sparse, leaving almost nothing but the curry sauce itself.
