Ramen Tatsunoya is a Top Notch ramen Restaurant. They nail the Four main pillars of ramen quality - Noodle quality, Marinated Egg, Broth, and Protein. The noodles are great, egg is exactly what you expect from a top Ramen restaurant, broth is perfectly balanced with plenty of flavor, and the protein was superb. On my next visit I would go light on the green onion since the broth is so flavorful as it is. I would highly recommend checking out Ramen Tatsunoya and I most definitely will be back.Bonus they are open late! - andi nicpon
