REDWHITE BONELESS RAMEN Reviews
I found this spot online, and knew there was vegan ramen, but was unsure which options were vegan. Turns out, it's all of them. Fully vegan menu!I ordered the No. 5 yuzu sesame ramen. It's important to note that the default toppings don't include a protein, so I added the soboro (soy meat and tofu topping). Service was fast and polite. The ramen's broth was rich and creamy, much like a tantanmen. The yuzu flavor was well balanced in my opinion, and I was very glad I took the chance on it. I was originally unsure how I felt about the default toppings which included arugula and sprouts, but they worked amazingly in this ramen. The food was so extremely delicious, this is 110% recommended.Toward the end of my meal, I noticed the noodles are all a bit short. This made it very easy to eat, but is an interesting change from the usual. Excellent chew.
Mar 17, 2025 · Shalimar BankstonDisclaimer: not a vegan but I'm a big fan of vegan food and eat loads of it. I have a lot of vegan and vegetarian friends and I like finding places where there's loads of options for them. So! As a meat eater and pork based ramen fan.... This place knocked my socks off!!! Thick, rich, creamy fatty broth that blows other places out of the water. Loads of toppings and additions. Crunchy onion bits, onions, corn, threads of chili, tasty today nuggets... Delightfully spicy and rich. They have the thick noodles here, I tend to prefer thin but it's great trying something different! I will definitely be returning, can't wait for my next visit and I can't wait to surprise my vegan and vegetarian friends with this spot!
Apr 08, 2025 · Rachel SalaBest vegan ramen in LA and one of the best ramen l've ever had. I'm sure this will "wow" your omnivore friends too. Not as dimly lit as the Studio City location, with an easy menu and great smokey presentation. 5 broths, 3 rolls and 3 Mac n cheese to pick from ... when do you see Mac n cheese at a ramen spot!?!?! I’ve had it and like it, but I’d save room for a larger spicy avocado roll for sure. The hot red miso packs flavor with a mild heat and the Yuzu (FAV) brings a hint of citrus to the mix. Both broths were redonkulously DANKY and were presented covered with a clear dome, filled up with smoke. So cool, and a nice mild smoke flavor. The Curry is a close second as my favs. The avocado is torched on their avocado roll and easily makes it one of the best ones l've had.Friendly service when you order, pick out a seat and they bring you your food.Had clue they were in DTLA. I love downtown but the Studio City one has more of a unique vibe. the food is a must try.Happy Munchies,@aVeganAndHer
May 29, 2025 · a Vegan and HerGreat food! I got truffle salt and I’m very happy with the intensity of the truffle. Husband got hot miso, very spicy and good. Noodle has great texture.
Apr 04, 2025 · Yibei JiangHad the red hot miso, very tasty and spicy! I am impressed. Definitely recommend this place! Plus the ramen is served ‘smoked’ which is great presentation and gives it a nice, smoky flavor
