Very solid local sushi spot. Great selection of fish and rolls. Pretty fair price for the quality you get!
May 20, 2025 · Eric CampbellCreative rolls, I tried one with oven-baked toppings and it was delicious. Never had that before. Also got the toro nigiri which was delicious, the meat melted in my mouth.
Feb 22, 2025 · Shawn ZamperiniWhile exploring San Diego, we stumbled upon a quaint Japanese restaurant on 30th Street. The cuisine was exceptional, notably the large and delectable edamame, the gyoza which surprised us by being fried instead of steamed, boasting a delicious filling and crunchy texture. My combination plate impressed, featuring succulent chicken katsu, a fresh salad with outstanding dressing, and the miso soup a must, making it a dining experience worth repeating!
Nov 12, 2024 · John LabsanWe found this place thanks to Google Maps and their high ratings. It's in North Park, around the block from City Tacos (highly recommended). My wife and kids were tired, hungry, and over stimulated. Needles to say, we were ready for good food and quick service. It took them a while to get us seated with a lot of tables open. The lady serving us came and left whenever she felt like it. They were mopping the floors right next to us, and it smelled like chlorine a lot. The whole combination was putting my wife over the edge, and I just walked outside with our kid. When I came back, food was served and ready. Very good, but a tad overpriced (probably the area). The food was a good experience, and everyone started to calm down a bit after eating, thankfully. Will we be back? Probably not because we have much better sushi places around us. But, if you're around, food's good there.
Feb 26, 2025 · Angel VizcarraThis is a must for great food at an affordable price. Sushi is delicious, ramen is bomb! And their sides are amazing, their cucumber salad was life changing 😅 service is great and very attentive. Parking can be a pain but definitely recommend the effort.
