We opted for sake instead, which took over 20 minutes to arrive and was served so hot it burned my fingertip — completely undrinkable.Most frustrating of all, at 9:50 PM (35 minutes after we sat down), I asked about my wife’s food and was informed the cook had gone home — meaning her entire order was never going to come. She waited for half an hour, hungry, only to find out her food wasn’t even being prepared.This lack of communication and service was unacceptable.
