ROLL roll Roll Reviews
They have some rolls for really cheap ($3.75) and then around $9 and up for specialty rolls. Their salads and poke bowls are also well priced. The food overall is pretty tasteless from the miso soup (that comes for free) and the fish. The chopsticks are very good quality. As people said, the service is pretty slow. Our order took 20 minutes. It's worth the price, which is low. Lots of free mid quality food, basically.
Feb 03, 2024 · Dom Ku📣📣📣I was really looking forward to enjoying some tasty sushi at ROLL roll Roll, but it was a truly disappointing experience. When I called to place my order, the person on the phone—maybe a staff member or the owner—was so rude and curt that it left me in a bad mood. When I went to pick up my order, someone with a tattooed arm insisted I pay in cash, which felt completely unprofessional and pushy. To make matters worse, the food was absolutely subpar—nothing like what you’d expect from a sushi spot.I can’t fathom how a place with such rude service and awful food stays in business.I should’ve listened to other customers’ reviews.Don’t waste your time and money hoping for something better!!!Avoid this place!!!
May 20, 2025 · LIzmak2019 ykBeen coming here for over 10years, every Sunday walking from church. The quality of construction has been in the gutter the last 4 times I’ve visited. Either I’m missing a shrimp from my tempura roll, it’s falling apart bc it isn’t filled and rolled tightly or the rice is falling off my Philly roll bc it’s wet somehow. This spot use to be a gem. I LOVEd this place. There must be new management OR they’ve gotten a new roller. Something is NOT adding up. Either way, something needs to be upgraded. You can clearly see in the pics, gaps in the rolls, missing shrimp, and a wet container. I can’t in good conscience keep this as my Sunday sushi spot.Tradition broken. Thanks!
Mar 31, 2024 · Benecia WilliamsAs others are saying, this place has had a drop in customer service quality. The food can be good, if you order at a non busy time. If busy, things start getting sloppy. My last order here had sushi that was falling apart because it was so poorly rolled. It was weekday lunch rush and the whole crew was visibly stressed. It sucks because i had ordered twice before and it was excellent sushi, with the same stressed staff as they were also lunch orders. Hence my rating. Hot or miss with the food, being great when hit. But just not great customer service.
Jan 26, 2025 · Sam wiseDamn, I can't even place an order online or over the phone as no one ever picks-up. Another reviewer said new management shut down the online ordering on their website and they don't do that anymore? I really liked this place, but I probably won't be coming back. Having to order in-person and wait for 30 minutes makes it a lot less convenient
