We came here a few weeks ago to celebrate a family member’s birthday. The staff all really made an effort to be sure that we had a great experience! This was the third time we came here as a large crowd to celebrate a special occasion and we always have a positive experience at Saga!

This place used to be our favorite but it’s gone down hill. It’s not super clean. Last night we showed up and they said 5 minutes, 25 minutes later we got sat after I asked how much longer. A 2 person party that came in after us was sat before us and we were a 2 person party. Then it took 25 minutes for our sushi order to come out and everyone else’s apps came before us and we ordered ours 15 minutes before everyone else, again, we had to ask where it was. They didn’t start making the food until 45 minutes after sitting down. Then to top it all off, my husband asked for the birthday surprise and they forgot but remembered for the couple next to us. Menus are full of sticky food and just overall not a great experience. Also, they have their children are definitely under 12 years old helping.

Horrible experience here. Rude staff with bad service and unseasoned food that didn’t come out all at once. I do not recommend coming to this place. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

First visit to Saga Hibachi Steakhouse and Sushi. I wanted the Hibachi dining experience. I was not disappointed. I would visit again.The service staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant appeared to be clean and was comfortable. It was a little darker than I like, I nearly passed by, thinking it was closed.I ordered the fillet mignon and scallops. The Hibachi chef was quite entertaining. He did some tricks with his cooking utensils and some eggs. He also lit a "volcano" made from an onion slice. He did a good job entertaining and cooking. I was pleased. If you are visiting Patriot Place and want an entertaining dinner, this is a great choice.

Dining room experience. The place felt dirty upon entering. The cups and dishes are made of a hard plastic. Difficult to enjoy hot tea in a hard plastic tumbler. Limited to white rice, no brown rice. Lots of menu items make the menu favorable.
