Mar 23, 2025 · John LeeChef Alex is one of a kind. The omakase here is amazing and matches what you’ll get in the city…honestly even better. The best part? A fraction of the price. No fringe, no hype, just a guy dishing out some super creative pieces of sushi. He’s been at it for years. My wife and I come here every two months. We also take friends and family as well. Everyone LOVES this place.
Mar 11, 2025 · Andy ChenThis hidden spot in Astoria deserves so much more recognition for its omakase. Not only is Chef Alex so thoughtful in his preparation, but the fish is so fresh and delicious. Chef Alex is so passionate about each piece he serves, and has created such a wonderfully unique menu. The price point is so fair for the quality and service. I could not recommend this place more, I will definitely be back.
Feb 04, 2024 · Abla BellaOne of the BEST omakase I’ve ever had. We did the 16 piece and a soft shell crab special. Sushi was so fresh and delicious. Was really surprised as the restaurant is very unassuming. Recommend sitting at the bar for omakase :) Thank you for the experience chef Eric!
