Sakura Japanese Reviews
Food was good, but the wait time was annoying. Especially after calling 20min in advance then having to wait. The 93A Sanitation Grade and the unkempt cooks almost made me leave, but the food was good, not great but good.
May 31, 2021 · Brook StreetHorrible customer service from the dirty looking cashier who always sounds like her nose is stopped up when you call. I bet she’ll check the bags for white sauce from here on out lol
Mar 02, 2025 · Whitney WatsonDo NOT go to this restaurant! Avoid! Very rude people who are disrespectful to their “former “ customers! This is second bad experience! Went to order and wanted to use restroom but DENIED service and ability to use restroom! Mr Nick Nyguyen needs to correct his staff and not deny services or public restroom for customers!
Aug 27, 2021 · Micki BennettI ordered dinner last night at the one on N. Church St. in Burlington NC right before closing and the food was TERRIBLE. The mushrooms had a weird taste, the zucchini was hard, as if it was not cooked and it taste like they had cooked it with onions, which I don't eat. I ate half the rice and a few pieces of the chicken. I did not eat the salad and the extra fried rice that I ordered. I took the food back during lunch today (because they were closed last night) and they would not replace some of the food or give me any of my money back because they told the manager that I had eaten half the food, which was a LIE!! This is bad business and I will never, ever visit that restaurant again. They will NOT try to take care of their customers and that is wrong!!
Oct 10, 2019 · Sabrina CrumpThat was the worst place I’ve ever been in. When I was eating the food tasted not good. And when I went to the bathroom and came out all I could smell was weed but it was so strong that I couldn’t breath and when I went to get napkins I was calling the person but didn’t show up at all and then I realized the smell was coming from the kitchen and it was so strong I had to run out. That was the worst restaurant I have ever went to I don’t recommend it .
