I have no idea how this place isn’t packed every night. I took my son for sushi after work and everything about it was amazing. The food was so good and the waitress is so friendly and welcoming. We will be coming back every chance we get! 🤩👍🏻

Sakura is a hidden gem and hands down my favorite sushi spot in the Hauppauge/Smithtown area. It’s a small, family owned restaurant, and Maggie and her husband go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. They’re always so kind and attentive, which adds a personal touch you don’t often find.The food here is incredible. Every dish is packed with flavor and always fresh. My absolute favorite is the shumai soup it’s my go to comfort food. Their torched rolls are consistently amazing, and when I’m looking for something on the lighter side, the diet roll is a great low-carb option.Also worth mentioning: the fried rice is generous and perfect for sharing, and the crab salad is a must-try so refreshing and flavorful.I come here for the quality of the food. If you’re in the area and love sushi, Sakura is a must-try.

This place is a hidden gem. I was on the hunt for a new sushi spot and this will be my new go to. Everything was super fresh and the rolls were the perfect size and didnt fall apart. The staff is friendly and the vibe is nice inside and clean. They have two pages of signature rolls. We got the bridge roll, crazy salmon roll and orange sunset roll. So good

I recently just started to eat sushi and love this place! I come here every week during my lunch break and look forward to it! The food is great , staff is very nice, and everything comes out quick. Thank you for making my experience amazing every time I go to your business.

Based on all the raving reviews, I was expecting better. Food was decent, the staff were nice. The place overall did not reach the expectations i had in mind.The shrimp tempura was however very well done. Flavorful and cooked just right. Everything else was just adequate.Food service was quick and fast.Overall although everything was okay, I most likely will not return again.
