Sarku Japan Reviews
The staff needs to take a course of customer service urgently. They don’t really care about attention, instead they make you feel ignored and disregarded.Chicken and noodles/rice have good taste but disappointed with the vegetables; it was just a bunch of large pieces of lettuce and very few broccoli. I was expecting to have a better experience with the food as I had many times in other locations overseas. Never coming back again.
Apr 08, 2025 · Jonathan GrassMy favorite chicken terryaki place. Sometimes it’s a bit more burnt than others but to this day, it tastes like home. Service is rough but quick. They don’t want to speak with you any longer than they need to. There’s usually a brief line but you get your order pretty quickly. They’ve been here for as long as I know and this spot will always have a place in my heart.🐓 Chicken Terryaki: The chicken is cooked well, usually not dried out or burnt. Think they could use just a tad bit more sauce but it’s still seasoned well. The veggies are just heated up and don’t taste like much. The rice is made in bulk so it could be a bit fluffier but not too dry.Ambience: Since it’s in the food court of a mall, it tends to get pretty packed and loud. Tables can be a bit dirty if no one’s gotten to cleaning it yet.
Jan 22, 2025 · Cheok Meng LawExcellent food, delicious and portions, guy that works there very kind and fast customer service!
Apr 19, 2025 · Wash CAmazing chicken teryaki in queens center mall. Service can improve( they can be nicer to their customers and not rush you to pay). I feel years ago it used to be much better, but it is still very good.
Nov 21, 2023 · StephanieYou just lost a customer.1. Two times in a row I’ve asked for vegetables I my teriyaki and both times they were ignored. Seems workers aren’t listening or just simply lazy.2. The portion has gotten much smaller. Chicken is no longer juicy and tender, I’ve gotten dry burnt chicken as well as dry white rice, seems like they were days old.3. Seems like they don’t care anymore about improving customer experience. Just waiting out the clock to collect their paycheck and leave.UPDATE: I reached out to the email you provided, it’s been a week.. why aren’t your customer service team responding to the inquiry?
