This can often be a matter of personal taste, with some people preferring a less salty broth. The same customer also noted the "amazing customer service" and how the staff made sure their request was correct and followed up on their dining experience. Senshi Ramen Reviews
Skip it. I had the signature black garlic ramen bowl. It was the blandest bowl of ramen I have ever had. It looks amazing but the broth and taste of the meat is flavorless. I have never had a disappointing bowl of hot ramen until I came to this place. Also, it’s located in a food hall with a bunch of other spots. There is adequate seating but it is not a genuine sit down solo restaurant. So food is not brought to you, and no free glass of water here.
April 01 · Ryan MAmazing customer service, made sure my request was correct and following up at the end to ask about my experience with the food. The spice level for me was just right, the broth is delicious, I was able to finish most of the broth without a feeling of over saltiness, ramen noodles cooked at a perfect texture ( I got the thick wavy one). The toppings a good portion to the noodles. Lemon yuzu drink paired well with the ramen. Would be returning to try other items on the menu.
February 08 · Isabella KI got to say this was the best ramen I ever ate. I thought Ichiran Ramen in Brooklyn was the best until I listened to a friend who told me to take a trip to the Financial District — it was a bit out of the way, but my god we it worth the travel time. The fish taco was probably the best and most surprising item on the menu. 10/10. Highly recommended!
May 27 · nX posedAmazing ramen! Many food options. You have soup noodles, dry noodles, bento boxes! Variety of drink options & great flavors! One visit isnt enough!
April 30 · SI had the black garlic ramen and I absolutely loved it! I feel like there's been a lot of new ramen places but most don't have a good broth. Thankfully I discovered this gem near work so I have a place to go to for my cravings.
