(Wei Cheng , Soybean Paste) We took a classic miso soup recipe and gave it a twist of our own. Our miso soup is packed with the same great umami flavor, but with even more nutrition thanks to the addition of Kettle & Fire Chicken Bone Broth. We've slow simmered all of the traditional ingredients together - ginger, garlic, seaweed, onion, and miso paste- to create the most flavorful and nutritious miso soup there is.
- 4. Tonkotsu Soup
(Tun Gu , Pork Bone) Tonkotsu Broth is made of pork bones that have been boiled down until they dissolve into a cloudy white broth. The thick, creamy soup is also often flavored with chicken broth and pork fat.
- 5. Shoyu Soup
(Jiang You , Soy Sauce) Shoyu broth is a clear, brown broth flavored with soy sauce (shoyu). The soup is usually made of chicken broth but often contains other meats such as pork, beef, or fish depending on the region. Shoyu ramen is the most common type of ramen and is usually what is served when the menu does not specify a specific type of soup.

Dishes are cleared quickly, and they’re always refilling soups and drinks without us having to ask. The food is absolutely delicious! I always go for the spicy #2 broth, which has the perfect amount of heat and flavor. The buffet section offers so many options, and I love that you can customize your soup exactly how you want it. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for great food and excellent service!
