Sho Sushi & Izakaya Introduce
In the bustling heart of Centennial, Colorado, nestled conveniently near the intersection of Arapahoe and Parker Road, lies Sho Sushi & Izakaya. This restaurant has quickly become a notable spot for those seeking an authentic and diverse Japanese dining experience. While the platform category "Doctor Near Me" typically refers to healthcare services, we can interpret this in a unique way for Sho Sushi & Izakaya: it’s a place to find "healing" through exceptional food, a "prescription" for delicious sushi, and a "treatment" for your culinary cravings. Much like a doctor's office provides a range of services for your well-being, Sho Sushi & Izakaya offers a comprehensive menu designed to satisfy a variety of palates, promoting a sense of gastronomic satisfaction and well-being.
Located at 6583 S Parker Rd #400, Centennial, CO 80016, USA, Sho Sushi & Izakaya is easily accessible, making it a prime destination for local residents and visitors alike. You can reach them directly at (303) 353-4192 or via mobile at +1 303-353-4192 for reservations or inquiries. This establishment has garnered significant attention, particularly for its all-you-can-eat (AYCE) offerings, providing a compelling value proposition that draws in a consistent flow of patrons.
## Environment and Ambiance
The ambiance at Sho Sushi & Izakaya plays a significant role in its appeal. Customers have often described the environment as pleasant and inviting, contributing to an enjoyable dining experience. While specific details about decor elements are not extensively provided in the reviews, the overall impression is that of a comfortable and welcoming space. The restaurant aims to provide a relaxed setting where diners can savor their meals, whether they're enjoying a casual lunch or a special dinner. One reviewer specifically mentioned being "pleasantly surprised" by the ambiance, suggesting a positive and perhaps unexpected atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.
## Services and Features
Sho Sushi & Izakaya is renowned for its extensive menu, which goes beyond traditional sushi to include a variety of Japanese and Korean dishes. The hallmark of their offering is undoubtedly their all-you-can-eat (AYCE) program, structured into three distinct tiers: Regular, Blue, and Orange. This tiered approach allows diners to customize their experience based on their preferences and budget, a truly valuable feature for those who wish to explore a wide array of dishes without the commitment of individual à la carte pricing.
The most highly recommended tier, the Orange AYCE, stands out for its comprehensive selection. It includes:
- 3 types of traditional sashimi
- 9 types of specialty sashimi
- 4 types of specialty nigiri
- Sashimi salad
- Fresh oyster
- Lobster dynamite
- Refreshing zaru udon
The service at Sho Sushi & Izakaya has also received positive remarks. Patrons have described it as "prompt and attentive," which is crucial for an enjoyable dining experience, particularly in an AYCE setting where continuous ordering is common. Efficient service ensures that dishes are delivered in a timely manner, allowing diners to maximize their all-you-can-eat experience without undue waits.
## Quality and Customer Experience
While the overall reception of Sho Sushi & Izakaya is largely positive, particularly regarding its AYCE value and variety, it's important to provide an objective view by considering different customer experiences. Many customers laud the quality of the sashimi as a particular highlight. The traditional and specialty sashimi options, especially within the Orange AYCE tier, are frequently praised for their freshness and flavor. One reviewer noted that "only sashimi was good," underscoring this particular strength.
However, some reviews indicate areas where experiences can vary. For instance, while the AYCE pricing is generally seen as a great deal, some customers have noted that certain individual items, like the oysters, were smaller than expected for their perceived à la carte value. Similarly, some found the BBQ beef, bulgogi, and beef skewers to be "very chewy," which suggests some inconsistency in the preparation of certain non-sushi items. The special sashimi portions, while flavorful, were described by one reviewer as "4 very thin pieces," which, when considered against their individual à la carte price, might feel a bit small for some. Despite these minor criticisms, the consensus points to a strong offering in terms of variety and overall value, especially for sushi and sashimi enthusiasts.
## Promotional Information
The primary promotional aspect of Sho Sushi & Izakaya revolves around its compelling all-you-can-eat pricing. At $42.99 for the premium Orange AYCE, the restaurant effectively communicates a strong value proposition. This pricing strategy encourages diners to explore a wide array of dishes, from traditional and specialty sashimi to various nigiri, rolls, and other Japanese and Korean delicacies, all for a fixed price. This is a significant draw, particularly for groups or individuals with large appetites, as it allows for extensive sampling without the fear of accumulating a large bill.
The diverse menu, including its Korean entrees, also serves as a form of promotion, broadening its appeal beyond just sushi lovers. By offering dishes like bulgogi and other Korean specialties, Sho Sushi & Izakaya positions itself as a more versatile Asian dining destination. The "Doctor Near Me" concept can also be subtly integrated into their promotional narrative by framing their restaurant as a go-to place for a "cure" for hunger, a "treatment" for stress through good food, or a "wellness" experience for your taste buds. This unique angle can resonate with local users looking for more than just a meal, but an experience that contributes to their overall sense of satisfaction.
In conclusion, Sho Sushi & Izakaya stands as a prominent and highly recommended AYCE sushi restaurant in Centennial. With its inviting ambiance, prompt service, and an incredibly diverse menu highlighted by its multi-tiered all-you-can-eat options, it offers significant value and a rich culinary journey. While individual experiences may vary on specific items, the overarching sentiment points to a quality establishment that provides a delightful and cost-effective way to enjoy a wide range of Japanese and Korean cuisine.

Sho Sushi & Izakaya Reviews
Was pleasantly surprised on New Year's Eve by the selection and quality of the AYCE menu and the ambience of Sho Sushi & Izakaya , right by Arapahoe and Parker in Centennial. They have three levels of AYCE menu, regular, blue and orange. I highly recommend choosing the orange AYCE as it includes 3 types of traditional sashimi, 9 types of specialty sashimi, 4 types of specialty nigiri as well as sashimi salad, fresh oyster, lobster dynamite, and refreshing zaru udon. Ordering three or four of these a la carte probably already cost more than the $42.99 AYCE price, not taking into account of many other tasty appetizers, nigiri, rolls and Korean entrees on the blue and regular menu. The service was also prompt and attentive. Certainly one of the best AYCE sushi restaurants in town.
January 01 · Adam YouWe went there for the 1st time after reading many positive reviews of the place and we decided to do ACE premium. We are guided to the table with a broken bulk so the light was not great to take photos. We ordered various dishes but only sashimi was good (which is limited order unfortunately), and the remaining were only average.First is the oysters. They are very small & skinny. It is $12 a piece and you are limited to one piece only for ACE. Who pays $12 for that oyster piece would be very disappointed for sure. (We paid ACE and still unpleasant). Then the BBQ beef and bulgogi and beef skewers are very chewy. We could not make it. We all had to spit out because we couldn’t swallow that chewy beefs. For special sashimi, we were limited to order and each order has 4 very thin pieces of sashimi. They charge $14/$15 each order if you don’t do ACE so again, kind of pricey.Other rolls and dishes are nothing special. For the price of ACE $42.99 we will not come back again for that quality of food there.
February 25 · thu Trang NguyenRandomly stopped here, and I'm glad I did. I am not a big fish guy, but there is some sushi that's really good. Our waitress was amazing in helping me and had great recommendations. The food tasted great! I would highly coming here. I will for sure come back with my family. Such great choices too, between hot food and sushi. So anyone can eat here. The environment was really nice and clean too.
August 26 · Shane MThe BEST sushi place ever. Lay out was our service and she went above and beyond as a waitress !! She double check us, excellent recommendations, and always made sure we had our drinks filled.Food was phenomenal. Sushi rolled to perfection with excellent flavors. Appetizers and dishes were cooked to perfection! I loved the beef ribs, those were my absolute favorite. Everything is a must try and recommend!
January 26 · Peter PhakonekhamAs self-proclaimed AYCE connoisseurs, my wife and I tried them all—and Sho Sushi blows every other restaurant out of the water! The fish is always fresh, the flavors are on point, and the staff is warm and welcoming. If you’re lucky enough to get Ann as your server, prepare for next-level hospitality—she goes above and beyond to make every visit unforgettable. We love it so much that what started as a casual try has turned into a weekly tradition. Sho Sushi is an experience worth craving. 10/10 recommend!
