My friend and I feasted here and didn't break the bank. The menu is very extensive and we had a hard time deciding what to get! With the help of the server and pictures on the menu and we were able to find a good line up of items to try. We had the Pirikara Kyuri (Spicy Cucumber), Special Yakisoba (potato, egg, & noodles), 5 skewer set (with chicken), Wanton cheese Age, takoyaki, & salmon skin roll. With Aka Kiri & green tea for beverages. We beat the dinner rush by coming right when they opened but this place became busy very quickly. The service was fast and friendly. I loved sitting on the second level overlooking the rest of the restaurant. My next goal is to come here with more people so we can all try more items on the menu! - Nathanel Johns

Location and Accessibility

Shoya Izakaya is conveniently located at 6035 Peachtree Rd A101, Doraville, GA 30340, USA. This prime address places it in a bustling and easily accessible area of Doraville, a well-known hub for diverse culinary experiences in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. For residents across Georgia, particularly those in the northern part of the state, Shoya Izakaya is a readily reachable destination.

Peachtree Road is a major thoroughfare in this region, ensuring straightforward driving access from various directions. One significant advantage of this location is its presence within a plaza that is often home to other popular Asian markets, such as H-Mart, and various milk tea and sweets shops. This means there's **plenty of parking available** in the plaza, a crucial convenience for diners in a busy area, though customers note that "spots in front of the restaurant is normally full," so a short walk from a nearby spot might be needed. This ample parking makes Shoya Izakaya a practical choice for families or groups traveling by car.

While Doraville is primarily car-centric, public transportation options are available. MARTA bus routes service the Peachtree Road corridor, providing connections to the Doraville MARTA station (Gold Line). This makes it accessible for those who prefer to use public transit, connecting them to downtown Atlanta and other MARTA-served areas. The combination of a major road location, abundant plaza parking, and proximity to public transport routes makes Shoya Izakaya highly accessible and convenient for a wide range of Georgia locals.
