Refined and reminiscent of NYC high end sushi houses. Sushi chefs work in white tiled corner where fish is stored underneath vs behind glass. Dishes are prepared and orchestrated like fine dining. What I enjoyed about the sashimi was that the fish was not over chilled which allows for the flavor to shine through. Bento boxes were much larger than I expected and the fry was near perfect w/o being excessively oily. Even the salad showed care and restraint by not being overly soy.
