It's a place where the broth is rich, the noodles are perfect, and the ability to customize your meal ensures a personalized and delightful dining experience every time.
Slurpin Ramen Bar excels at what it does best: crafting delicious ramen. Patrons consistently praise the intense flavor of their broths, particularly the popular Tonkotsu (pork broth), which forms the hearty base for many of their signature bowls. Beyond the traditional offerings, the restaurant provides ample flexibility, allowing diners to choose their preferred level of spice and even their ramen portion size. The quality extends beyond the ramen itself to their carefully selected toppings and side dishes. Regulars rave about additions like egg, crunch onion & garlic, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms, which enhance the overall complexity of the ramen. Their kimchi is also highly regarded, offering a tangy counterpoint to the rich broth, and even their fried chicken bites receive positive mentions. Slurpin Ramen Bar – 8th St is, without a doubt, a reliable and highly satisfying spot for a fantastic ramen experience in Los Angeles.

Slurpin Ramen Bar - 8th St Reviews
This place has some very good ramen and their broth is really flavorful. I always get the Chashu or Chicken Breast Tonkotsu (Pork Broth) and like adding in Egg, Crunch Onion & Garlic, Bamboo Shoots, Bean Sprouts, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Spicy Umami Oil. Very very good and I like their noodles! I also like their Kimchi and the fried chicken bites aren't bad. This is definitely a good spot for some good ramen :)

July 29 · Lailian ParkEver since I was first introduced to Slurpin Ramen, they have been on my top 3 ramen spots. Their tonkotsu broth with fatty pork is phenomenal and is exactly what I am craving for when I want ramen. Level one is the perfect amount of flavor while level two gives a little more kick without overstaying it's welcome.Slurpin is one of the places that set the bar for comparison when it comes to ramen, especially in LA. I would highly recommend checking out Slurpin Ramen Bar and I will definitely be back.
September 16 · andi nicponGood ramen place in Ktown. I'm with my family when we ate here. Good ramen taste authentic.
May 08 · Ryan ChingI found my new favorite Ramen spot thanks to my partner 😋 Hands down the best broth I've ever had! The noodles were perfection 🤤 They have three spicy levels mild/Spicy/Super. If you are a fan of spicy then I think you can handle the super 🔥 The service was fast and attentive. Parking is $3 in their lot or you can find street parking if you are lucky enough.
