However, it is important to note that customer experiences vary. Some reviews highlight areas where improvement could enhance the overall dining experience:
Ingredient Preparation: Some feedback indicates that certain ingredients, particularly in poke bowls, might not be consistently chopped or mixed, potentially affecting the blend of flavors and textures in a single bite. For example, mentions of "massive kale leaf" or "big mango slices" suggest a desire for more uniform preparation.
Spiciness Level Transparency: For poke sauces, some customers have noted unexpected levels of spiciness without prior warning. Clear labeling or communication regarding spice levels would be beneficial for diners who prefer milder flavors.
Consistency in Quality: There are mixed reviews regarding consistency, with some reporting issues with the freshness of certain ingredients (e.g., tuna tasting "rancid") or the texture of others (e.g., "crispy rice" being too hard). Maintaining consistent quality is crucial for customer satisfaction.
Noodle Texture in Ramen: A few customers have commented on the ramen noodles being either stuck together or resembling "boxed Italian pasta" rather than authentic ramen noodles, suggesting a need for more consistent noodle preparation.
Order Accuracy and Delivery Experience: Occasional reports of missing items, incorrect orders, or issues with delivery (spilled food, cold food, or improper packaging) point to areas for improvement in service and quality control, especially for delivery orders.

South Street Fish & Ramen Co. Reviews
It tasted okay. Nothing was chopped up. I just had a massive kale leaf. Big mango slices. It was almost impossible to have everything feel like it was mixing together. The poke sauce was spicyyyy. This is the first time I’ve ever had spicy poke sauce. It’s fine but I wish they would have said that in advance.
November 03 · Nicole GomezGot a delivery. Had a tuna roll - tuna tasted rancid and made me sick. Had the crispy rice and it was too hard to even bite. Other roll, a spicy salmon, was decent but nothing special. Finished hungry and sick.
May 31 · AlejandroGot vegetarian miso, was flavorful, had spinach ramen noodles and ordered grilled chicken instead of tofu that comes with it. Was tasty would come back again for ramen. It is weird that there's no servers to take your order, but you have to go to the station to place your order if you want to dine in. It was fairly empty on a Sunday afternoon.
May 08 · BriellaMe and my husband ordered from this place many times. However, on Christmas night, we ordered fried chicken and experienced severe food poisoning. All symptoms pointed to salmonella. I’ve tried calling the restaurant to inform them, but no one has answered. Be cautious—this could be due to a bad batch. The symptoms my husband and I experienced were quite serious.
December 27 · Julia AzizovaOverall good experience for the price point. Let me preface this by saying I have VERY high standards for ramen and this place's definitely isn't perfect. However, in my two visits the ramen and sushirritos are both satisfying and with good portion, with enough of variety to choose from. The prompt and friendly service and the good environment setup pushed me more towards 5 star than 4.
