The food at Suehiro is great. That has not changed since they were originally located in Old Town Fort Collins. I think that they must be short staffed right now and training new folks. With more staff on hand, this should continue to be a nice place to eat and hope that it stays in business.Service was slow on the day my mom and me were there and the woman who was our waitress did an acceptable job. She apologized for it being her first day and was good about doing what was needed. Clearly there was a lot to do between the many tables.We were first sat at a dark table with almost no light with a view of the back of a restaurant cart of soy sauce and cleaning supplies and the back of another couple's back. After asking to be moved to another table with more room and sunlight things went better and we could enjoy ourselves more.I think that the music choices could have been better though.
