The commitment to fresh ingredients and traditional preparation is evident in every dish, from the perfectly fluffy Japanese omelet to the savory kaisen don.
## Location and Accessibility
One of the most appealing aspects of Sushi Beauu is its prime location. You'll find it on the ground floor of the Empire State Building at 15 W 33rd St, New York, NY 10118, USA. Situated in a bustling part of Midtown, it is easily accessible by foot from numerous subway lines, including the B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, and W trains at the 34th Street–Herald Square station, as well as the 1, 2, and 3 trains at the 34th Street–Penn Station stop.
The restaurant is also designed with accessibility in mind. It features a wheelchair-accessible entrance, ensuring that all patrons can visit with ease. The thoughtful layout and amenities extend to a wheelchair-accessible restroom, making it a comfortable and convenient spot for everyone. This dedication to accessibility, combined with the central location, makes Sushi Beauu an effortless choice for a quick bite or a relaxing meal.

## What is Worth Choosing
For New Yorkers and visitors seeking a genuinely delightful and unpretentious Japanese dining experience, Sushi Beauu is an excellent choice. What sets it apart is its unique focus on providing authentic Japanese "teishoku" or set meals, which is a rare find in the area. The breakfast and lunch sets are not just a collection of dishes; they are thoughtfully composed meals that provide a balanced and flavorful experience. The "fluffy" omelet and delicious miso soup, made with a vegan-friendly mushroom and kombu dashi, are examples of the care and quality put into each component. The use of an open kitchen adds a layer of transparency and engagement, allowing diners to witness the artistry of the chefs as they prepare the food.
Beyond the menu, the overall vibe is one of genuine hospitality. The staff's kindness makes a huge difference, transforming a simple meal into a memorable encounter. Sushi Beauu Reviews
I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place. I came in the morning and ordered the breakfast set, which includes rice, soup, a main, and small side dishes. The omelet was fluffy, the miso soup delicious, and I’m glad I upgraded with roe...it made the whole meal feel extra special. The staff, especially the hostess, was extremely welcoming and kind.Surprisingly, the place hasn’t been discovered by many people yet, but it probably will soon given its central location.
August 21 · Antoinette MullinsLovely staff and Japanese teishoku (set meals). They are doing their soft opening so just the lunch sets and onigiri for now. Miso soup was delicious - made with mushroom and kombu dashi so sage for vegans too. Everything was simple but flavorful. I loved the open kitchen!
July 09 · Fiyah FeastsWe stumbled upon this super cute, intimate sushi restaurant. Remi was absolutely wonderful. She allowed my daughter to ask all the questions. 😂 if we are ever back in NYC this will be our first spot!!
July 29 · Brandie Beanea great edition to the Sushi world in NYC. For the price point, this restaurant will be a sure fire competitor for delicious and affordable sushi. Also tasty drinks!
August 07 · KARLSBALLS TAKOYAKI NYCAn open kitchen serving Japanese set meals, with onigiri and sushi options. This place opened very recently and their staff are finding their footing. Even if they might be a bit slow, they are very accommodating. The menu has set options like the omelet, kaisendon, sushi roll, and onigiri. You get miso soup and some additional vegetables on your teishoku, and you can choose add-ons as well. Their onigiri options are nicely varied, and you can watch them make it across the counter due to the open kitchen. This place is set in the Empire state building and might be easy to miss along with other restaurants tucked away on this street. It's a good place to get rice balls or scratch that sushi itch if you have it.
