Personally don’t think it’s worth the hype. Yes they have big portions and that’s it, which is an appeal depending on the situation. I would rather pay a few more dollars to get real shrimp with appropriate rice ratios in my shrimp tempura instead of getting 2 inches of just tempura batter and another 2 inches of rice in my roll though. The seared salmon is definitely generous in portions. But because of the inconsistent cut and sear it was completely raw underside and burnt on top. We hate wasting food but it was difficult to finish the rolls. Disappointed because I was excited about a small business blowing up on tik tok near my house.

We (2 people) ordered the 7-piece seared salmon nigiri, and Combo B!!! We really did not expect for them to be super huge… So bonus points! We ended up sharing the rest with two other people since we couldn’t finish anymore. It was very good and filling! I definitely would come back.But I wish their ordering system is better since we tried to order online, it wouldn’t take our order, and no phone number to contact to ask what’s going on. And on Google, it said hours may be inaccurate. So we drove to the place and ordered there, and only one person was taking the order. And it sometimes took awhile since people were deciding when it was their turn. Perhaps a menu display outside would help? So that when it’s the customer’s turn, they’re ready and prepared to order.Take out onlyWait time around 30mins

I'll admit it, I came here because of the tiktok hype. And I gotta say, I agree with the other reviews that say there is such thing as too much rice.If you're in the mood for nigiri salmon, then I think it is worth the trip up north. The salmon was thick, meaty and tender. The nigiri is comically massive so it's sure to satiate any salmon craving.However, I also got their Dragon Roll which was fun at first and then very frustrating. The pieces are so massive that you can't get all the roll ingredients in one bite. A good sushi roll should have balance and allow you to taste the ingredients all together to see how they compliment one another. Making giant rolls like this completely neglects that beautiful harmony you would expect from a well made sushi roll.The place is take-out only so I ordered through DoorDash for pick-up. The order was ready fairly quickly and service was fast and friendly when I arrived. There's plenty of parking out front, as well, since this is part of a shopping center.
