Despite its cozy and intimate setting, the restaurant manages to deliver exceptional service, even during the bustling dinner hours on Saturdays. I was impressed by how the staff maintained their attentiveness amidst a full house. They ensured that our dining experience was seamless from start to finish.The menu offers a diverse selection of both traditional and innovative sushi dishes. However, the standout for me was the seared salmon belly. This dish was a revelation—the salmon belly was perfectly seared, offering a melt-in-your-mouth experience that was both rich and flavorful. It’s no surprise that many patrons consider this a must-try item when visiting. The mafia roll also became my favorite with the fresh, crunchy tobiko on top.Don't miss the green tea ice cream, one of the best.If you plan a visit, especially during peak hours, it might be wise to make a reservation to guarantee a spot.

Went to Sushi Cho recently a week ago and was pleasantly surprised by how good the food quality was. This might be my new favorite sushi place for family or date night. The space was a beautiful and contemporary space with lots of warm tones. The staff were very helpful and attentive will highly recommend to anyone in the nova area.

This restaurant is an absolute must-try for anyone craving Japanese cuisine in Fairfax. I can confidently say they serve some of the freshest sashimi in Northern Virginia! After visiting multiple times, I’ve been consistently impressed with every meal. Not only is the food freshly prepared, but it is also visually stunning and of exceptional quality. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and I love its minimalistic decor featuring natural wood tones that create a welcoming atmosphere. Plus, the service from the staff is always exceptional.

Sushi Cho is the perfect place for those seeking a genuine and unforgettable sushi experience. The Chef graced us with a signature piece to try on the house. Thank you for all you do! Quite possibly, one of the top 3 Sushi places I've ever been to, and i travel a lot all across the country. I had the Crab filled wontons as an appetizer, but that was a full meal all to itself with size and amount of crab stuffed in. Mafia roll was next which was nothing like what I expected - much more. And I finished with a Viagra Roll (yes, I had to see it) and that was the apex of the night. My friend had a Sushi Deluxe and a White Russian Love roll that will blow your mind with the texture and taste in each bite. If I lived here, I'd be there 3 times a week to sample every one of their 100 rolls.
