Sushi Hana Introduce
Located at 18500 33rd Ave W Ste A, Lynnwood, WA 98037, Sushi Hana offers a distinctive sushi dining experience to the local community. In the broader context of a "Doctor Near Me" platform, which serves as a directory for essential local services, Sushi Hana plays a role in satisfying a different, yet significant, community need: access to prepared meals and dining experiences. While not a medical facility, a local restaurant contributes to the well-being and convenience of residents by providing nourishment and a space for social interaction. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Sushi Hana, drawing from available information and customer feedback, covering its environment, services, features, and any discernible promotional aspects.
Sushi Hana is described as a "fairly new and clean place," suggesting a modern and well-maintained dining environment. The overall "vibe" is positive, with one reviewer noting it's a "nice place with good vibes." The atmosphere appears designed for a casual and enjoyable sushi experience.
A particularly unique and notable feature of Sushi Hana's environment is the integration of technology into the dining experience. A robot brings water to your table, and another robot delivers food. This innovative approach provides a "fun touch," especially appealing to "kids or first-timers," and contributes to a "unique" dining experience. The presence of robots suggests a streamlined service model, with usually "just one waiter" overseeing the dining room. This blend of technology and human interaction creates a distinct ambiance that sets Sushi Hana apart from traditional sushi restaurants.
Sushi Hana's core service revolves around offering a variety of sushi, with customers generally finding the food "always good." The "ingredients seemed pretty fresh," which is crucial for a positive sushi experience. While the menu is described as "pretty basic," it likely includes common sushi rolls, sashimi, and possibly some complementary Japanese dishes.
The tablet-based ordering system is a central feature of Sushi Hana. This system allows customers to browse the menu and place their orders digitally. However, this technology comes with both advantages and disadvantages, as highlighted by customer reviews:
- Convenience for smaller groups: The tablet is "convenient for two people sitting right next to it."
- Challenges for larger groups: For larger parties, such as a group of five, the tablet's fixed nature means it "can’t be passed around," making ordering less efficient. The lack of a paper menu alternative was also noted as a downside.
- Limited functionality: The tablet interface reportedly "doesn’t show the status of your order," lacks a way to "pay through the tablet," and has "no call button for service at the table." These limitations can make it difficult to get assistance when needed, potentially affecting the efficiency of service for some patrons.
Despite these criticisms of the ordering system, the overall service is influenced by the robot delivery system. The robot delivery is a "pretty cool" feature that provides a "fun and unique" experience. The reliance on robots means there is typically "just one waiter" attending to tables, which might explain some of the difficulties in getting immediate human assistance for certain requests not handled by the tablet system.
Another significant feature for groups of five or more, including children over three, is an included 18% service charge (tip). This is an important detail for customers to be aware of when dining with larger parties, as it affects the final bill and removes the need for individual tipping considerations.
Like a "Doctor Near Me" offering specialized medical care, Sushi Hana provides a specialized dining experience with its unique technological integration, catering to those seeking a modern twist on traditional sushi.
Sushi Hana is easily accessible at its Lynnwood location: 18500 33rd Ave W Ste A, Lynnwood, WA 98037. For direct inquiries or to confirm details, customers can contact the restaurant via phone at (425) 582-0322 or mobile phone at +1 425-582-0322.
While explicit promotional offers or deals are not detailed in the provided information, the restaurant's unique features, such as the robot delivery and tablet ordering, serve as inherent promotional elements. These innovative aspects are likely to attract customers curious about a different dining experience, especially families or those seeking a novel approach to sushi. The "fun and unique" experience itself acts as a draw.
The consistent quality of the food ("food is always good") also acts as a strong promotional tool, fostering repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth. The establishment being "fairly new and clean" also contributes to its appeal, as diners often prefer well-maintained and hygienic environments.
As a local business, Sushi Hana contributes to the vibrancy of the Lynnwood dining scene by providing a specific culinary niche. It caters to those looking for a contemporary sushi experience, differentiating itself through its technological integration. Potential customers should be mindful of the tablet ordering system's limitations for larger groups and the automatic service charge, but these aspects are part of the unique experience Sushi Hana offers.
In summary, Sushi Hana presents itself as a modern sushi restaurant in Lynnwood, WA, distinguished by its robot food delivery and tablet ordering system. While these technological features offer a "fun and unique" experience, particularly for smaller groups, some aspects of the ordering system could be improved for larger parties. The food is generally considered good and fresh. For those seeking a clean, new place with a unique twist on their sushi dining, Sushi Hana provides a notable option, fulfilling a local service for culinary enjoyment, much like a "Doctor Near Me" provides essential health support.

Sushi Hana Reviews
Just an average spot for a sushi experience. It’s a fairly new and clean place, and the ingredients seemed pretty fresh. One unique feature is a robot that brings water to your table — a fun touch, especially for kids or first-timers.However, the ordering system has some downsides. The menu is accessed through a tablet, which is only convenient for two people sitting right next to it. Since the tablet is fixed and can’t be passed around, it’s not ideal for larger groups (we had five at our table), and no one offered a paper menu as an alternative. The menu itself is pretty basic. The interface doesn’t show the status of your order, there’s no way to pay through the tablet, and there’s no call button for service at the table — which made it hard to get assistance when needed. And last thing is +18% service charge for a group of 5 and more ( even kids over 3 would be counted )
Apr 14, 2025 · Daria KolesnykovaOne of my favorite sushi spots! The food is always good, and the experience is fun and unique. They use a robot to deliver the food, which is pretty cool, so there’s usually just one waiter. Just a heads-up—if you come with a group of more than five people, the tip is already included in the bill. Overall, it’s a nice place with good vibes and a great experience!
Apr 24, 2025 · GraceThis is probably our 3rd time here with a group. The place is quick and convenient with plenty of parking and minimal wait time. Those are strong reasons to want to visit this place with small groups! The place is also very clean, and food are delivered via a conveyer train! So food comes quickly after it's made and goes straight to your table. Very convenient. Staff comes often to check on you and refill water. They have a robot that delivers plates, chopsticks, napkin and water when you get there. As far as the food. They are good and that's about it. Nothing super special and memorable, nothing makes them stand apart from other place. So I liked it, but not love it. That's why it's not a 5 star yet. I recommend the poke salad bowl and whatever you fancy for your choice of fish. It's all good, but nothing special. If you are in the area and you are hungry and wants to get some sushi quickly, this is the place for it,
Feb 23, 2025 · Martin MessahI really loved eating here. The food was delivered quickly, delicious and a little robot will bring you water and utensils. It was the cutest little thing. 100% recommend the "bender rolls" I had the water and fire bender rolls both very delicious.
May 04, 2025 · Sey Tsubasa (night-class)Great sushi spot. Probably the cleanest, streamlined, and modern establishment I've been to in quite some time. The staff is attentive, but not overwhelming; they are there, but they don't bother you unless they are refilling your water. The ordering is interactive through a touchpad and the food is shuttled right to your table. The menu is easy to read and provides a color picture and description of the item you are ordering. And, the beverage robot is pretty cool too. This is definitely a place that I would go to again.
