Sushi on Oracle Reviews
This place was a great sushi spot! We were squeezed in right before a wait list started and they were seriously on top of drink refills. Rare thing. Sushi was so yummy. We tried the wagyu beef as well and it was out of this world good. The rolls we had were happy crab (my favorite), dynamite, and spicy tuna. All wonderful. We will come back and bring our friends next time!
Oct 19, 2024 · Kelly BraceFirst time here.We went on the recommendation of my friend. She said it was, in her opinion, the best in town (personally, I still like O Sushi on Swan and Speedway better, but that's me). Everything here tasted fresh, service was good, no issues. Kind of a hole in the wall joint, decent easterly views out the front door and windows.
Jul 23, 2024 · Tod PersellinThis was my first time here, and I would definitely come back. The people working were friendly, atte tive, spoke Japanese ( dont usually see that in Tucson) and the food was really good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants sushi.
Apr 15, 2024 · Joel KetchumWe are regular customers of Sushi on Oracle. The staff is very friendly, and their food is delicious and high-quality. On Valentine’s Day Friday night, they were extremely busy, with a full house as usual and a significantly higher number of takeout orders than usual. The chefs and service staff were very professional and efficient. We were amazed at how many customers they served in such a short time. Although we waited a bit longer, it was a special weekend, and our food was still absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the dining atmosphere and truly appreciate their hard work and dedication.
Feb 16, 2025 · Cookie CreamWell, the sushi was not bad at all, the service absolutely sucked. Yes, it was busy, but it isn't a big place, so busy is kinda relative. We got there and chose to sit at the sushi bar, no problem to us. Waiter sat us down, and totally forgot about us. Almost 20 minutes pass and he has already brought drinks to the girls who came in 15 minutes after we did. I finally asked him if we could order- we weren't even offered water at this point. Took our order, got our drinks, chefs served us. Wife asked him if she could get napkins an chopsticks, those were tossed onto the bar. Most of what we ordered made it, but not the tuna roll or squid salad. Tuna roll was an over sight by the chefs (stuff happens) the squid salad was never put in on the order. Had he ever stopped to see how things were, (like he did with the young girls) we might have gotten our water refilled once. Food was 5 star, actually very tasty & well prepared, crappy service killed the evening. Our first visit here, would be hard pressed to go again...
