Sushi Park Reviews
I have been going to Sushi Park for 15 years since the first month they opened. This is my go to sushi spot throughout the entire Bay Area. I've tried countless other restaurants over the years and still feel nothing else compares to Sushi Park. The quality of fish is outstanding. Each roll, sauce, and arrangement is created by the staff. The service has always been amazing as well. They come to check on you regularly to get refills of water even when they are crowded. The head sushi chef Andy is also an amazing artist. He did the two paintings on the right wall as you come in!!I will be going to this restaurant for the rest of my life. I go there for every birthday and special occasion. If you need recommendations for starters I highly recommend the fried calamari, tempura mushroom, or/and salmon belly. For Rolls I recommend the Double Sake, Samurai, Firecracker Ball, and Shiki. For Vegetarians the fried mushroom starter is amazing as well as the veggie veggie and veggie tempura rolls.
June 24 · Callum McGrathFinding great sushi is always an adventurous journey…While Sushi Park didn’t quite hit the mark, I can’t rave enough about the service! The ladies who work here are so nice and are very attentive to all of their guests. My twin boys (4) were treated so well and were even given a belated birthday Mango Mochi Ice Cream. So while the food wasn’t the highlight, it does not mean it wasn’t good, it was decent. Based on food alone, it’s a solid 6.5/10, but when you factor in the staff, I’d give them a 8.5/10, with the staff as the highlight!
June 08 · Scott P. HuSushi Park never disappoints. This neighborhood gem has an extensive menu and something for everyone. The roll selection is incredible. Service is friendly and efficient.
January 30 · Tracy BerryAverage. No a/c, as many small eateries in Oakland. Saving energy vs comfort of dining. The weather in San Francisco cool, a/c isn’t really necessary.Food is average as well. The neighborhood feels calm and neat but is there is a bullet at the store next door?
August 09 · Irene EngSome of the best sushi I’ve had in Oakland. Great service, generous portions, fresh and absolutely delicious! GF and I shared the tempura appetizer and the Ichiban and Spicy Geisha rolls. Plenty of food for two people. Highly recommend!
