Not much experimentation or variation here but there are plenty of other restaurants for those. Price point is high so come prepared to spend.

Service, food, and overall quality of experience was great for a birthday dinner.We got the 15-course omakase at the bar and added the cucumber miso appetizer and some sake. About two hours in total for all the food to be served.Like most omakase places they do timed entry so multiple parties get seated and served at the same time. The chef on our side of the bar had 7 people to serve in total so spacing of each course was good timing to digest.The food was fresh and delicious. Besides the nice cuts of salmons, tunas, and yellowtails, they had prawns, scallops, and uni as part of their offerings too. One noticeable difference of this place is their fish selection comes from many countries (not just Japan), with many from Spain, New Zealand, even some US states, and more.While I wish I got more photos, the atmosphere is on the quieter, sophisticated side so we didn’t feel comfortable doing photos. It was a good experience to have our phones away! Would definitely go to this place again for another special occasion.
