Sushinaloa Introduce
For adventurous palates in California, particularly within the dynamic community of Lynwood, **Sushinaloa** offers a truly one-of-a-kind culinary journey. This isn't your traditional Japanese sushi establishment; instead, Sushinaloa has cultivated a distinctive niche by specializing in "Sinaloa-style sushi," a bold and innovative fusion of Japanese techniques with vibrant Mexican and especially Sinaloan flavors and ingredients. If you're looking to explore a different dimension of sushi that incorporates unexpected elements like cheese, steak, and a medley of flavorful sauces, Sushinaloa presents a unique dining proposition.
Sushinaloa represents a creative evolution in the world of sushi, moving beyond the minimalist approach often associated with traditional Japanese preparations. Here, the focus is on a maximalist, flavorful, and often hearty experience, reflecting the rich culinary traditions of Sinaloa, Mexico. It's a place that invites curious diners to step outside their comfort zone and discover a new interpretation of sushi, designed to satisfy a craving for rich, exciting, and sometimes unconventional combinations.
Sushinaloa is conveniently located at **10350 Long Beach Blvd, Lynwood, CA 90262, USA**. Long Beach Boulevard is a major artery, making the restaurant straightforward to find whether you're traveling by car or potentially public transport. While specific parking details aren't always broadly advertised, commercial areas like this typically offer street parking or small lot options nearby. The restaurant's presence in a bustling part of Lynwood integrates it well into the local landscape, making it a convenient stop for a unique meal during a busy day or a planned culinary adventure.

- Bold and Unconventional Flavor Combinations: Sushinaloa thrives on pushing culinary boundaries. Expect rolls with ingredients such as Hot Cheetos, various cheeses, and spicy sauces, delivering intense and memorable flavors that are a significant departure from classic Japanese sushi.
- Focus on Freshness (for seafood components): While the style is unconventional, the foundation of fresh seafood for its mariscos and core sushi ingredients is critical to the quality of the fusion.
- Unique Cultural Experience: For those curious about culinary fusions and regional Mexican influences on international cuisines, Sushinaloa offers an authentic taste of Sinaloan culinary innovation that has gained popularity.
- Friendly Staff: Some patrons commend the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, which can enhance the dining experience, especially when navigating a unique menu.

Sushinaloa Reviews
These people here are very kind. However, the Mexican sushi had no flavor at all. A Japanese Chef would commit harakiri had he ate the sushi I bought. It was warm and bland and the sauces were also nasty. I though it was a traditional sushi place and when I realized it wasn’t I was hungry enough to give it a shot. I got what was recommended to me by one of the workers. And boy do I regret it. If you hate actual sushi maybe you’ll like this place. But don’t expect Asian sushi when coming here. They have cheese and steak and chips in theirs. So i hardly wanna even call it sushi. Sorry :/
May 17, 2024 · Timothy SmithI was exited to taste it but so disappointing. The sushi was not good. The rice texture is horrible sticky. We waited for over an hour to get 3 rolls . Waiting time is ridiculous and prices are really high. 🤦🏻♀️ never coming back. Oh no cards accepted!

Mar 31, 2025 · Becky GonzalezFood is good, they have only out door sitting... minimal sitting available but it niceWe alway order takeout.
Aug 25, 2024 · Liliana MService was okay but I had a horrible experience because there was a fly on my food so for obvious reasons I threw it away and didn't even touch my the food. They definitely need to take care of insects, clean, and sanitize their areas because it is very uncomfortable as a customer to experience things like this.
