Tajima Ramen North Park Reviews
This is one of my favorite ramen places to go to in San Diego. They have many different types for everyone and they're all delicious. The service and atmosphere are top notch, and their sake is a must have.
Dec 26, 2023 · Sam ButtonPretty mediocre food overall.Got the spicy sesame ramen. The noodles are sorta mealy and thin so it didn’t give that level of body seen at most other places around town. Also, had to add a lot (A LOT) of extra spice as it was the spicy level of a middle aged Midwestern person who thinks pepper is too hot.I also got the salmon roll. The structure was pretty shaky as it fell apart upon picking it up. Ended up just taking the salmon out and leaving the rest.Good service though.
Aug 28, 2024 · Andrew RogersTajima is always my go to place for ramen but this is my first time at this location. Ramen is always great, I always order the black garlic ramen so good. Broth is flavorful with just the right amount of thickness, pork is very tender. It also came so quickly. Server was Kalan and he is very professional and friendly. Matched it with a Matcha lychee refresher drink.👍👍
Nov 26, 2024 · Emilyn SafroniukIve had ramen from Tajima about a dozen times since they opened. I would say they have the 5th-6th best ramen in San Diego. It’s not mind blowing but decent if you can’t get to the other good spots. Atmosphere is great with moody lighting, tables, and counters. Service can be hit or miss.
Apr 16, 2025 · CHThe place is very chill, with a good vibe. You can get a quick bite or stay for a while. I ordered on a busy Friday night and my Ramen was quickly served. I was expecting to not taste good because I came out so quick, however it was delicious. Only downside is parking is tough.
