Came in for a later dinner. Grabbed a beer, a bowl of ramen and shared a sushi roll. My fiancé's spicy ramen was a lot better than mine. I got tonkotsu but felt my broth was fishier rather than a pork broth. Roll was good and the bowls of ramen were decently sized. Kind o pricey but would expect that in SD.The guy behind the bar was a fantastic server. Super friendly and attentive. I didn't grab his name but wish we would have. Said he's a lifeguard too! So, thank him for us!!

Overall a good experience.But it was not the best ramen I’ve ever had. I wish the broth was more flavorful. It was still good and the atmosphere was really nice.They have an amazing decor, very unique! Even the bathroom had an eccentric decor.

We had a couple sushi rolls, the Tuna Tataki, Bao Buns, and just a few snackies. Definitely trying their Ramen next time. And LUCAS is the best! Was just an all around great server and we loved him. 😁

Fairly new Japanese Izakaya inspired restaurant in main strip of Ocean Beach. My go to Happy Hour place in OB with their awesome beer deals plus their appetizers. I didn’t have high expectation on their ramen at first but their ramen was surprisingly good and has grown on me. Regular price of the ramen is a bit pricy but they have ramen specials on Monday through Wednesday so those days are good time to try their ramen and see 🍜Staff here are friendly and service is great! They have 2 TVs playing some anime stuff but personally, I would like to see some sports game on them. Give them a try if you are in the area. Keep up the good work!3.8/5 ⭐️

The ABSOLUTE best authentic Ramen I've ever eaten! The most well balanced flavors, salts, and portion cuts to scale. The J sauce just made it perk up the spice perfectly to my level!The smash burger was very original and worth retuning for as well! The tension of textures with the crispy potato sticks and smoked imported cheese was just delightful. The curry fries are a must!!The girls got some noodle and rice dishes which the were very happy with their choice along with some dumplings.My middle school age son said it was the best Taos hatch green chili veggie burger of his life! And without exaggerating has asked how soon until we can go back to San Diego nearly daily so we can eat "the best burger and Ramen known to man"! He really hasn't stopped... we are flying back next week so he'll shush!The art work and the design of the plane is very alluring and inviting. Got a picture of the executive chef (Jeff) and his family- lovely wife Devon who is the artist of two of the murals!This is our new go to spot! I dare you to prove me a better Ramen and Burger spot in all the west coast!
