The Curry Club Reviews
Pretty solid curry experience, with lots of options. There are different spices at the table to try with your curry, which my husband and I enjoyed a lot since we could try the different options and season it to taste. When we went it was pretty quiet, so with the restaurant being so cute it was a really nice dinner.
May 11, 2025 · Ashley LeBourveau-Truonggreat experience! food and service were both incredible! not to mention the interior and decor are super cutetonkatsu curry ($15.75): 5/5honestly probably the best curry i’ve ever had! normally when i go to restaurants it just tastes like the boxed curry but this was on another level!added a pumpkin croquette to our order and they had accidentally given us a crab croquette instead (it looks pretty similar from the outside). we let them know and they were really nice about it and got us the pumpkin croquette and also offered a dessert or drink on the house. we took them up on the offer and tried the miso caramel ice cream (usually $4). personally i wouldn’t recommend this item as the ice cream was icy and the caramel was way too salty (but it was free for us so i can’t complain).overall, i recommend! we’ll be back!
Feb 24, 2025 · Valerie WanJoined the wait-list online as we drove to the restaurant. Got the takoyaki, fried oysters, and tonkatsu curry. The takoyaki was my favorite. The fried oysters were good if you like fried oysters; I typically eat mine raw, so this wasn't my preference. And the tonkatsu curry was just ok - I don't think I like their curry base and the tonkatsu was dry. Service was slow and a bit scarce even though the place wasn't packed.
Feb 01, 2025 · Becky TranDelicious Japanese Curry and Croquettes. I highly recommend this location. The price is very reasonable and the service is great. Inside seating only. We waited for 20 minutes on a Thursday night. The parking lot can be busy on the weekends especially.
Dec 28, 2024 · Christina DLPSo, so soulless. Everything clearly from frozen or from roux cubes… I was so disappointed. This is my favorite kind of food and have tried in San Diego, Tokyo, Osaka and more. So I’m sorry to say this place was not worth the price. I paid 65 including tip for two people. We barely touched it because we didn’t want to get sick from poorly prepared food. Please try harder to put love or from scratch food at your restaurant. People can tell the quality and it’s bad.The service was ok. They forgot our naan bread and I had to ask for them to remove it from the check at the end.Overall, please try to improve quality or do not charge so much.
