As a vegan here in EP, finding new spots can be difficult. We decided to finally give this spot a try and we are so grateful we did.The sushi is so good and fresh. You can tell a lot of love and care go into the whole experience, from cooking to serving.We spoke with the owner on our first visit and it is evident that he has a deep passion for what he does. We shared that we were glad to have another vegan option and on our next visit, he crafted a salad specifically for us (with vegan protein). This place has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to always coming back.This place is definitely worth the try, there’s tons of good reviews on their non vegan items as well. 🙂‍↕️

Had been wanting to check this place out for awhile now, we don't live in the area so it's alittle of a drive for us. Drove by alittle late and we were pleasantly surprised that they are open late. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by the staff and the owner Guillermo. Super friendly staff, very polite and professional. Made us feel right at home. The wife and I are vegan so we tried 3 of there rolls and we asked if we could have it fried. So we ordered a total of 4 rolls. I recommend that you sit infront of the "window' for the food truck so you can talk to your Sushi Chef Guillermo "del Sushi" super down to earth. In addition to operating which what i would say would be one of the top Sushi places in El Paso, I have traveled and eaten Sushi in many areas being prior military. He could easily compete and hold his own in major cities near the coasts or islands. He also runs a non-profit skate skate for kids club. He gets done with our rolls and brings them out in a beautifully arranged Sushi boat. The presentation, was only the beginning, the Sushi was slap your mama good. From first bite your taste buds explode with flavors of freshness and quality. From the rice, to the avocado, the cucumber the seaweed salad dressing. I'm droling just writing this and I already ate lol. I highly and I mean HIGHLY recommend "The Sushi Plug" trust you will not be disappointed. Willy, I can call him Willy now because we are gonna be great friends lol, you have some customers for as life.

The sushi was amazing! The presentation was beautiful! The owner and staff took care of us and gave us the best service. The sushi was tasty, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to try all the other food on the menu.
