May 28, 2025 · Kim KWhat a fancy Ramen spot.I’m from Japan, I’m used to see casual dining ramen. My first experience of fancy ramen. Never thought this style and combination but it’s actually good. Produce and restaurant concept are nice!Soup is so light, I like it. No greasy at all after taste.Shaved ice was fluffy and so good!$10 Valet
Mar 08, 2025 · Masami LightOne of the top ramen places in LA for sure. The broth could be characterized as very balanced and the best part was the house-made noodles. Between Tonkotsu and Smoked Dashi I preferred the later which was much more unique. The buns and rice balls are also must-tries - especially the kinoko buns. Lastly, worth calling out the well-designed restaurant space itself - warm, charming, perfect for meeting with friends.
Feb 01, 2025 · Jiahui ZhouThis is a popular modern ramen spot known for its clean interior and strong following—you’ll usually need a reservation, and walk-ins often have to wait in line. I usually visit in the evening, but this time I went earlier and was pleasantly surprised to be seated right away without a wait. The ramen noodles are house-made, and you can really taste the quality—they’re delicious. I’ve also had their hand roll and buns before, and those were great as well. I love edamame, so I ordered it as an appetizer, and it came seasoned with a unique basil-based sauce I hadn’t tried before. It was tasty, but quite salty—just something to keep in mind. The tsukemen also had great noodles, but the broth was on the saltier side too.
Apr 08, 2025 · Sasha MIt's a fancier ramen establishment with a full service bar. I came in craving Tsukemen and it did not disappoint. This is a great alternative to driving out to Little Tokyo or Sawtelle. The Tsukemen is heavy in flavor. It can be intimidating, but I love the fishy porky flavors that come from this dipping broth. The noodles were the perfect amount of bouncy and chewy. I do wish that they gave you an option to make it spicy a'la Tsujita Annex. This is a nicer establishment so costs are little more than average ramen join. Not that much, but you notice slightly more. The parking situation is paid valet, meter, or street parking.
