Tsujita Artisan Noodle offers a focused yet diverse menu designed to deliver an authentic Japanese dining experience. Their core offerings revolve around their expertly crafted noodle dishes, along with a selection of complementary items.
Authentic Ramen Bowls: Patrons can enjoy various ramen options, with rich, flavorful broths. Popular choices often include their Hakata-style Tonkotsu ramen, known for its creamy pork bone broth, and other varieties like Miso and Spicy Tonkotsu. There are also chicken and vegetarian options available to cater to diverse preferences.
Signature Tsukemen (Dipping Noodles): A standout offering, Tsujita is particularly renowned for its tsukemen. This unique dish features thick, chewy noodles served separately from an intensely flavorful, concentrated dipping broth. After finishing the noodles, guests can request 'soup wari,' where hot water is added to the leftover dipping broth, transforming it into a light, sippable soup.
Katsu Curry Dishes: Beyond noodles, Tsujita offers various Japanese curry dishes, including Pork Katsu Curry, Chicken Katsu Curry, and other katsu options. These are known for their flavorful curry sauce served over rice with crispy fried cutlets.
Appetizers and Side Dishes: To complement the main courses, a selection of classic Japanese appetizers is available. These may include Chicken Karaage (Japanese fried chicken), Gyoza (pork dumplings), Takoyaki (octopus balls), and Edamame.
Rice Bowls (Donburi): For those who prefer rice-based meals, Tsujita also offers various donburi, such as Pork Katsu Don and Chashu Belly Bowl.
Beverages: A selection of soft drinks and traditional Japanese teas are available to complete your meal.

Tsujita Artisan Noodle Reviews
Very good place, it's relatively new, clean y food is good, I got a noodle soup and the flavor was good, Japanese style. I just wish the portions were a little biggers, but other than that it was good. Staff is helpful and friendly.
May 02 · Mauricio CastroThis is a excellent restaurant, my first visit I had the pork katsu with curry and Hokkaido appetizer both very tasty. Curry was very flavorful. Service was perfect and the place was full of Japanese people. Always a good sign...
May 25 · michael gouchI visited Tsujita for the first time and had a great experience. The spicy Tsukemen was flavorful and reminded me of Tiger Den’s, but with some differences. Tsujita’s broth is thinner, while Tiger Den’s is thicker and more like a sauce. The spice at Tsujita builds with each bite, whereas Tiger Den hits you with full 100% right away. The Takoyaki was really yummy. It was crispy outside, soft inside, and well-made. If I’m craving Takoyaki, I’ll definitely come back. It’s one of the only places I’ve been to that makes it good. Overall, I’d recommend Tsujita for solid Tsukemen and good Takoyaki.
January 12 · Jess ChuGot the spicy black garlic tonkotsu, flavorful and noodles had a buttery flavor! They have weekday deals as well. Quiet and calm dining place with no wait time for us on a Saturday night :) Portion sizes could be bigger but you get to pick your size for ramen.
May 18 · macaronDined in with some friends and their menu had a lot of ramen, tsukemen, and appetizers. We all went with tsukemen and the mini portion is a good meal size. I got the non-spicy and it was super flavorful and served hot. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. We had less than an hour to dine before closing time and we didn’t feel rushed. Will definitely come back
