This sushi spot is a gem with its creative menu featuring interestingly named rolls. My go-to is the Green Dragon Roll, filled with crispy shrimp tempura and cucumber, topped with thinly sliced avocado, roe, and eel sauce—the perfect balance of sweetness. I always end up asking for an extra side of eel sauce! My friend opted for the sushi sampler and was delighted with the variety, although the portion was so generous that she ended up taking half of it home.The service was great—quick and provided by a friendly, polite, and upbeat waitress. I've frequented this place both before the pandemic and the service has always been descent. While I haven't tried their hibachi events yet, I've overheard patrons enjoying themselves during these events on a couple of occasions.While I typically aim for 5-star reviews, I must provide an honest assessment to maintain transparency. The presence of tiny flies on 3/11/24 was concerning. Though I understand that flies are attracted to food, it detracted from my comfort and left me questioning the establishment's hygiene standards. They can swiftly resolve this issue by investing in fly traps. Additionally, receiving hot tea in a plastic cup raised safety concerns, as hot liquids can cause plastic to release harmful chemicals. Despite requesting a non-plastic alternative, none were available. I hope they consider investing in safer serving options, such as ceramic or porcelain mugs, to ensure the well-being of their patrons. If these issues are addressed, I would gladly revise my rating to 5 stars.

Actually to be fair, the cubes of sirloin steak I had with the hibachi steak dish were lovely. But the whole presentation of the food was 'stack it high' and not to worry about being high end. I had enough fried rice for three, but it was oily, and not freshly cooked, out of a gigantic pot, no doubt, and very brown. No, this didn't float my boat.

A Beautiful Experience!We’ve visited hibachi for the first time after hearing about it from many friends, we were welcomed well, Ambience was 2/5. Staff were so friendly and they were quick and responsive. We’ve started with a hot tea and served so quick. It was fine- ish! Then came the talented Chef with playing around with the knives making sounds. He has put all the veggies and meat on the grill and cooked food so fast. Fried rice veggies and meat was nice. Overall experience was worth.

I recently dined at U-Yee Sushi & Hibachi and had an absolutely amazing experience. The service and food was outstanding. Everything came out fast and it was delicious. I’ll definitely be returning to enjoy more of their delicious offerings. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable meal!

Have been coming here since the early 2000’s and no matter how many other sushi places pop up they never compare to U-Yee. Usually go for the 2 or 3 roll combo with soup but all of their food even non-sushi items are packed full of flavor and delicious.
