- OHMINE “3 GRAIN” (720ml Bottle) US$74.00
The nose on this trendy Yamaguchi brew is a slick collection of powdered sugar, grape, kiwi, tangerine, butter, and mineral water aromas. Ohmine is a brewery with a belief system of not overthinking sake too much. They don’t designate this sake as Junmai Daiginjo even though it’s made with Yamadanishiki brewing rice milled to 50%. They don’t give acidity or SMV as well, but would rather you focus your attention on this walk through the gentle side of sake. Clean, smooth, crisp, light, and layered, this sake is very elegant and nuanced and deserving of a wine glass. Look for Asian pear, Muscat, apple juice, watermelon, fig, and rock candy flavors on a fluid that is void of that booziness in some sakes. A very gentle and balanced brew that shows whispers of fruit tones and a whisper of umami in a bottle that disappears too quickly
- SEQUOIA NIGORI (375ml Bottle) US$40.00
This lightly cloudy Nigori has delicate aromas of lychee and apricot, reminiscent of spring flowers, a creamy, supple mouthfeel and a clean finish due to the use of more highly refined sake lees. The Bunny is soft and approachable, and this refreshing and utterly drinkable style Nigori strikes an excellent balance between sweet and dry. Try with strawberries other fresh fruit desserts. In a few words: Creamy, smooth, lychee, yogurt Style: Junmai-nigori Alcohol: 14-15%
- DEN NAMA (500ml Bottle) US$50.00
The original flagship ‘Den’ is brewed using a single origin rice varietal called Calhikari which is grown by Rue & Forsman Ranch (www.rueandforsmanranch.com) in the Sacramento Valley. Our goal was to make a sake with higher acidity which would pair beautifully with California cuisine. The higher acidity is created by tweaking the temperature of the mash during the fermentation process. Low temperature fermentation results in a sake with a subtle, elegant, fruity aroma. Each batch is slightly different. However, the core characteristics are always similar since we use the same ingredients (yeast, koji, rice and water) with every batch.

Yakitori Edomasa Reviews
Not for your everyday dinner but if you crave for some small bites to share with friends over a glass of beer or sake then this will be alright. The dishes varied from super flavourful to a bit on the dry side. I'd like their rice with vegetables, the cod melted on my tongue and the okra and the mushrooms. The other dishes, while plenty full didn't stand out, they weren't bad by any means but did tickle my taste buds either. Kinda like eating popcorn, you just do for the habit of it not as a memorable experience. The staff was super friendly and yes I like the interior decoration. It has charm. I do think there are plenty of better options in Japantown.
April 16 · R Mgreat experience here! we called to make a reservation for a larger party and they were able to accommodate us.there was a bit of a wait once we arrived but it was busy weekend night, so it took some time for the tables to clear for our reservation.food was fantastic! it arrived very quickly and the staff were on top of things. the mushroom, scallop, and shrimp skewers were very tasty! my boyfriend got the set meal and it was quite a bit of food and he said it was delicious.would definitely come here again.
April 12 · Jessica VoFriend and I got the meal set and Sapporo pitcher. Came to 47$ each with tip. I’d say the food isn’t very good. The chicken was dry, taste was mostly char. For 30$ you get what’s in the picture. The ambience is nice and the bar is cool however that doesn’t carry it for me. I was satisfied but not full. Definitely not reminiscent to my trips to Japan. I’d go somewhere else.
February 27 · Francis Joshua LopezRecently visited Yakitori Edomasa in Japantown, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The upscale bento box was beautifully presented, but the real star was the meat skewers—perfectly grilled, packed with flavor, and incredibly tender. The pork, in particular, was a standout, with just the right balance of smokiness and seasoning. Coming from Chicago, where great meat is the standard, I’m hard to impress—but this place absolutely delivers. 10/10, highly recommend!
March 08 · BrandonMaybe a lot of those complaining just don’t know about Yakitori culture… anyway… My friends and I had a great experience here. I enjoyed most of the chicken skewers (highly recommend the Heart Stamina— my favorite! hearts were actually not that gamey at all and very well seasoned, Momo, and Sasari chicken breast). They were nice and juicy and great when paired with their blue sake cocktail. The special of the day, scallop skewer with cheese was sooo good and was my favorite seafood option. Once again, nothing to complain about except for some more salty skewers like the Negima. Nice place!
