Yua Ramen Reviews
We’ve always shop Ranch 99 and 85 degree but have not try Yua Ramen. Glad we stop by today. Had a good bowl of ramen, chasu was tender and flavorful. Like out lighter broth and thin noodles. We do like the extra texture from the bean sprouts. I definitely prefer this over Kizuki Ramen. Our Katsu, simple and good. Definitely will be our regular in town spot.Note on my rating, sharing this as I believe some may assume a 3-star review indicates a mediocre experience.5 stars: Exceptional! Outstanding food, service, and/or experience—well worth traveling for. (For example, we often drive from San Antonio to Austin just for Uchi.)4 stars: Surpasses expectations in terms of food, service, and/or ambiance.3 stars: Solidly good or meets expectations. I would revisit any place rated 3 stars or higher.2 stars: Falls below acceptable standards for food or service.1 star: Best to avoid.

February 26 · Sophia DangGood solid meal. The takoyaki balls were good, freshly cooked served with a sauce that tasted like barbacue. I had the spicy tantanmen, good rich pork, spicy linger. My wife had the udon.
February 10 · Dell O'MalleySo good!!! Being able to add more items to the ramen makes this a great place for vegetarians. I loved my spicy veggie ramen with an extra egg!!! And the agedashi tofu was phenomenal!
